1、20XX年白酒销售工作总结【篇一:20XX 年白酒销售工作总结】时间依旧遵循亘古不变的规律延续着,又一年结束了,今年也一久有着许多美好的回忆和诸多的感慨。做一份白酒销售工作总结,国家对白酒消费税的调整,在业界引起了骚动,随后又是严打酒驾和地方性的禁酒令,这一路走来的喜悦和忧伤、困惑和感动、兴奋和无奈一、个人的成长和不足做销售的这一行需要公司领导的支持下,和同事之间的互相帮助。这一年我无论是在组织协调、业务拓展、管理方面都取得了很大的提升:1、处理应急问题、对他人的心理状态的把握能力增强了;2、心态的自我调整能力增强了;3、团队的管理经验和整体区域市场的运作能力有待提升;4、对整体市场认识的高度
2、有待提升;5、学习能力、对市场的预见性和控制力能力增强了。二、销售业绩回顾与分析这一年的业绩还是很不多的:1、奠定了公司在鲁西南,以济宁为中心的重点区域市场的运作的基础工作;2、成功开发了四个新客户;3、年度总现金回款110 万,超额完成公司规定的任务。对于我取得的的业绩我分析为以下几点:1、我公司在山东已运作了整整三年,所以吸取前几年的经验教训,今年我个人也把寻找重点市场放在以金乡为核心运作济宁市场,通过两个月的市场运作也摸索了一部分经验,为明年的运作奠定了基矗;2、新客户开放面,落实了4 个新客户,俗话说选择比努力重要,经销商的实力、网络、配送能力、配合度、投入意识等,直接决定了市场运作的

10、万的目标,相差甚远。主要原因有:a。公司服务滞后,特别是发货,严重影响了市场,和经销商的销售信心;b。新客户拓展速度太慢,且客户质量差;c。重点市场定位不明确不坚定。三、工作中的不足整年我走访的新客户中,有10 多个意向都很强烈,但因为在于后期跟踪不到位,自己信心也不足,但最终落实很少,浪费了大好的资源!对于滕州市场,基础还是很好的,只是经销商投入意识和公司管理太差,这个市场失误有几点:1、没有在适当的时候寻找合适的其他潜在优质客户作补充;2、没有能够引导经销商按照我们的思路自己运作市场。对于平邑市场,虽然地方保护严重些,但我们通过关系的协调,经销商开发的特曲还是非常迎合农村市场消费的。在淡季
