2、腐风暴风早点刮过去,作风“紧箍咒”尽快摘下来。我们奉劝患了这一病症的少数党员干部:不立即在思想深处治一治病,出问题是早晚的事。党员干部“不作为、慢作为”有许多表现形式。比如,有的抱着“不求过得硬,只求过得去”的态度,对工作敷衍塞责、毫不上心,有的奉行“多做多错、少做少错”的处世哲学,遇到问题绕着走,生怕惹祸上身,有的对前来办事的人搞“软拒绝”,“不吃不拿也不干”。“不作为、慢作为”危害极大,因为它既是对上不负责,也是对下不负责。所谓对上不负责,是指“不作为、慢作为”阻碍了中央大政方针的执行和落实,“梗阻”了中央和基层群众之间的联系渠道,影响了党在群众中的威信和威望;所谓对下不负责,是指“不作为
