1、中心员工奖惩制度第一章总则第一条为强化员工遵守中心规章制度和自我约束的意识,增强员工的积极性和创造性,同时维护正常的工作秩序,特制定本制度。第二条中心实施奖惩制度,坚持精神鼓励和物质奖励相结合,精神鼓励为主的原则。对违反制度的员工,坚持以思想教育为主,惩罚为辅的原则。第三条本制度适用于中心全体员工。第二章提倡与反对一、工作态度方面1、提倡绩效,反对权谋;2、提倡严谨,反对懒散;3、提倡创新,反对守旧;4、提倡奉献精神,反对斤斤计较;5、提倡认真执行,反对纸上谈兵;6、提倡中心利益至上,反对将个人利益放在首位。二、工作方法方面1、提倡部门协作,反对工作推诿;2、提倡踏实细致,反对粗心大意;3、提
2、倡团队精神,反对个人主义;4、提倡危机意识,反对安于现状;5、提倡制度化管理,反对工作无计划;6、提倡工作讲方法,反对工作无序混乱。三、为人处世方面1、提倡真诚,反对虚伪;2、提倡务实,反对浮夸;3、提倡言行一致,反对表里不一;4、提倡艰苦奋斗,反对铺张浪费;5、提倡谦虚谨慎,反对骄傲自满;6、提倡严守中心机密,反对窃密与泄密。第三章奖励第四条本中心设立如下奖励方法,酌情使用:1、通报表扬;2、奖金奖励;3、晋升提级。第五条有下列表现的员工应给予通报表扬:1、品德端正,工作努力;2、维护中心利益,为中心争得荣誉,防止或挽救事故与经济损失有功;3、一贯忠于职守,积极负责,廉洁奉公;4、有其他功绩

10、化建议,为中心采纳;4、维护财经纪律,抵制歪风邪气,事迹突出;5、节约资金,节俭费用,事迹突出;6、领导有方,带领员工良好完成各项任务;7、其他对中心作出贡献,总经理认为应当给予奖励的。第七条有第六条中的表现,中心认为符合晋级条件的予以晋级奖励。第八条奖励程序如下:1、员工推荐、本人自荐或领导提名;2、人力资源部门审核;第四章惩罚第九条视情节轻重,分别给以以下处罚:1、警告;2、记过;3、罚款或降级;4、辞退。第十条员工有以下行为给以警告处分:1、在工作时间聊天、嬉戏或从事与工作无关的事情;2、工作时间内擅离工作岗位者或无故迟到、早退、旷工;3、因过失以致发生工作错误情节轻微者;文档编码:CH

18、;10、出入中心不遵守规定或携带物品出入中心而拒绝警卫或管理人员查询;11、破坏环境卫生。第十一条员工有以下行为者,给予记过处分:1、对上级指示或有期限之命令,未申报正当理由而未如期完成或处理不当;2、因疏忽导致机器设备或物品材料遭受伤害或伤及他人;3、在工作场所喧哗、嬉戏、吵闹妨害他人工作;4、未经许可擅带外人入厂参观;5、携带危险物品入厂;6、在禁烟区吸烟者;7、投机取巧,隐瞒蒙蔽,谋取不当利益;8、对同仁恶意攻击或诬告、提供伪证或制造事端;9、在工作时间内擅离工作岗位,躺卧、睡觉;第十二条员工有以下行为者,给予罚款(罚款数额另行规定)或降级处分:文档编码:CH2S8R8D5R4 HB8Q
