1、员工晋升管理第一节 员工晋升的基本条件(销售部除外)目的:为达到人尽其才、各尽其能的目的,达成优良的工作绩效,促使本公司职务升迁管道畅通,满足公司和员工个人发展需要,提高公司和员工个人的核心竞争力,进而提升经营绩效,特制定本管理办法。序号职等类别职务名称晋升职等晋升资格1 职员各岗位基层员工职能部门主管或助理(1)在部门内担任低一级职务满一年,或在公司内不同部门担任低一级职务满两年;具有较好的适应性和潜力(2)历年来的年度考核成绩:平均 80分以上,且无受过公司处罚;(3)具备拟任岗位任职条件:自身基本条件符合岗位说明书例明的任职资格条件;(4)具备拟任岗位所需能力:经考核,符合拟任岗位所需要
2、的综合素质与能力要求,考核成绩要求在 80 分以上。2 主管人员职能部门主管或助理职能部门副经理3 管理人员职能部副经理职能部门经理3 高层职能部门经理总门总监或公司副总第二节员工晋升的办理一、职务出现空缺时,若已有具备晋升条件的适当人选,可随时依本办法晋升程序办理晋升。二、晋升程序1.确定拟提升职位:管理部根据公司战略规划及人员需求,定期发布拟新任领导者的职务类别、数量及具体要求。2.推荐合适人选:(1)推荐:由员工任职部门推荐的,填写管理职务晋升推荐表(附件二)并初步审查后交管理部;(2)自荐:由员工自荐的,填写员工晋升申请表(附件三),经部门负责人、公司经理核查后交管理部。3.晋升考核:
