1、20XX年妇幼保健院的工作计划与邮储合规回头看心得体会合集邮储合规回头看心得体会银行事业的成长离不开合规经营,更离不开风险防范。而推进“合规文化建设”,必将为农行经营理念和制度的贯彻落实提供强有力的依托和保证,也使得风险防控长效机制的建立和实现“长治久安”的工作局面成为了可能。近年来,农行在发展业务的同时,全力推进以员工为主体和核心、面向业务、面向管理、面向操作的“合规文化”建设,通过强化教育培训、组织风险点的成因分析,搭建防控体系、优化流程、规范管理,保证业务发展质量等系列活动的深入开展,“合规人人有责、合规创造价值”的观念已深入人心;“依法决策、合规经营与管理,按章办事、合规操作”在全行上
2、下蔚然成风;有章不循、违规操作、屡查屡犯的顽症得到整治;基础管理工作存在的隐患得到及时消除;防范风险的能力得到增强,为业务持续健康地发展创造了良好的内部环境。员工需要制度的约束固然重要,但仅此是远远不够的,因为再好的制度最终要靠全体员工去执行。只有真正以广大员工为本,坚持不懈地构筑合规文化,制度才能合规彻底地执行。基于这种理念,XX 支行召开了各种形式的员工座谈会、广泛开展“争先创优”活动,树立员工身边看得见的模范,并出台了“合规培训计划”,分别对信贷、会计、国际业务、电子银行等几大系列出台了详细的 培 训 计 划 并 注 重 领 导 干 部 和 一 般 员 工 两 个 层面,实行全员培训。目
3、前已举办了三期培训,分别为:信贷规范化管理知识培训、会计人员业务知识培训、外汇业务合规和营销知识讲座,培训范围广,参加人数达300 多人次。为了能使培训达到最佳效果,该行业务部门一改以往你说我听,照本宣科,课后考试的传统模式,通过案例分析、现场指导、角色扮演、互动交流等“多元化”培训方式,把理论和实践很好地整合在一起,激发了员工学习的主动性,通过思考、讨论和反馈加深理解,使培训达到了预期的效果。为了巩固基础管理月活动中开展的各项合规培训效果,该行还将在 5 月中旬举办一场知识竞赛,各部门根据支行业务存在的薄弱环节精心设计了考试题库,内容文档编码:CH6S4U1L9Q8 HZ7N2C9W9T10

11、力度。归纳出了会计、信贷、电子银行、国际业务、中间业务等5 个专业近百个风险点,这些风险点主要集中在会计业务重点环节控制制度执行不到位、限制性条款落实、账务核对,开户资料不全、政策执行上存在一定出入等方面。针对普遍存在的薄弱环节支行制定了培训方案,通过合规培训,为员工分析基础管理中存在的问题,剖析问题产生的原因,明确整改措施,切实做到了“提示在前,预警在先”,使每一位员工对内控管理中存在的问题和形成风险点的原因有了更深刻的了解,执行制度的观念有了明显增强,使之明白了自己在工作中“应该做什么,怎么做、做到什么程度”,对违反制度的事“不敢为、不能为、不想为”。该行还把这些风险点作为各个岗位后续跟踪
