2、组织”活动的一个重要组成部分,是早日实现公司“三赢”和“五个一流”目标的重要手段。分公司领导对培训工作非常重视,专门召开了各线路负责人会议,制定了培训方案和具体实施计划,成立了由分公司党支部书记为培训领导小组组长,各线路负责人及分公司相关管理人员为组员的全员培训工作领导小组。要求各线路积极配合培训工作的展开,督促线路员工参加培训,责任到人,培训过程严格按照计划进行。有了领导的支。-可编辑修改-持和合理的培训计划做基础,整个培训过程中,员工积极响应,培训热情很高。分公司共有22 个小队,成立了5 个学习小组。今年分公司的全员培训主要由、等五位教员负责。按照公司培训要求,我们认真编写了8 篇教案,
3、培训采取集中培训和自学相结合的形式,管理人员集中培训时间为25 个课时,员工培训过程共开展了20 场培训课,共 60 课时的课程,共有 362名员工参加,参训人数达到了在岗人数的100%。二、培训内容实在,形式多样,突出线路特点这次培训的教材以公司下发的基础知识读本为主,针对不同的岗位讲授不同的内容,各取所需。同时结合没有任何借口、智慧集、群星谱 等书籍等作为补充教材,对员工进行职业道德、职业纪律、职业技能的培训,进行政策法规的学习,丰富教学的内容。另外结合“星级小队评比”“百日安竞赛”“文明创建”等一系列安全生产活动,为营造良好的活动氛围。分公司还为各线路定做了针对这些竞赛评比的板报,很好的

12、信投币等行为,作了深入浅出的分析,同时针对分公司所属的空调车线路遇到的一些新情况,他从服务者的角度提出了几套切实可行的解决办法,让司机们大受裨益。课后严教授还与驾驶员进行了互动交流,现场回答司机们的提问,收得了很好的效果。三、严格考核,结合文明创建工作检验培训成果半年的培训过程中,分公司培训领导小组不定期的对各线路的培训工作进行考核,抽查员工的学习笔记及学习效果。培训结束后,6 月初我们开始进行全员培训考试。我们将考试时间定在6 月 7、8 号两天分上下午进行,做到紧张有序。理论考试分为公共知识部分和专业知识部分,理论考试统一使用集团教育培训中心拟定的试卷,考试成绩和员工的绩效挂钩,这次培训考
