16、档编码:CC4H2T6V1O9 HB3A3J1W4Q4 ZK1W5N6V5L4四、5S管理奖惩办法细则1、综合办负责随机抽选部门5S管理员组成检查小组,对公司职能部门和生产车间进行5S监督检查。2、检查小组组成成员不得少于3名,原则上每月不定期抽查不少于2次。3、综合办负责拟定 5S推进管理工作的抽查内容,即5S月度检查评分表(附表1、2),各部门 5S管理员负责对照抽查内容,做好5S自查和管理工作。抽查分职能部门和生产车间两部分。4、每次抽查时,抽查小组成员认真检查,对照5S月度检查评分表进行打分,并将分值汇总,统计出分值前三名和后三名,在公司OA 网上公布。5、5S管理的奖惩:前三名给部门
