8、P9H9S9M9Z71 一.专业工程特点本工程由 20 栋楼组成,其中 1#6#楼为高层建筑,7#20#楼为多层建筑。1#3#楼层数为二十一层,楼高72.0m74.5m,采用框架核心筒结构体系;4#楼三十一层,楼高92.5m,5#6#楼层数为三十二层,楼高105.0m,采用框架核心筒结构体系;7#20#楼层数为三层,楼高13.97m。本工程防水等级二级,地下工程迎水面采用防水混凝土,底板混凝土 C30,外墙混凝土 C35,抗渗等级为 P6,地下室防水等级为二级。二.监理质量控制依据、标准1.建设单位委托的监理合同和施工合同;2.施工单位提供的施工组织设计;3.设计图纸及相关文件;4.地下防水工
9、程质量验收规范(GB50208-2011);5.地下工程防水技术规范(GB50108-2008);三.质量控制目标所有各检验批的施工质量必须符合设计要求及上述技术规范的要求,达不到上述要求的必须返工整改,不得私自放行,最终影响工程整体质量。在各检验批的质量评定中,“保证项目”、“基本项目”必须达到全部合格,对“允许偏差”项目,除有特殊要求外,每项均应有80%及以上的检查点符合要求,其余的检查点不能有严重缺陷,从而保证整个工程项目达到合格要求。四.监理工作流程自防水混凝土监理工作流程图:学习图纸,审查施工方案、安全措施方案参与商品混凝土交货检验见证混凝土试块取样制作模板、钢筋、安装工程隐蔽验收签

17、书和性能检测报告,材料的品种、规格、性能等应符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求。对进场的防水材料应按本规划附录A和附录 B的规定抽样复验,并提出试验报告;不合格的材料不得在工程中使用。2.防水混凝土的抗压强度和抗渗压力必须符合设计要求。3.防水混凝土的变形缝、施工缝、后浇带、穿墙管道、埋设件等设置和构造,均须符合设计要求,严禁有渗漏。(二)监理难点、重点及施工薄弱环节1.难点整体浇注,不留施工缝,对施工质量要求标准高,必须思想重视,组织严密,措施落实,施工精密。混凝土体积偏大,控制内外温差,防止混凝土开裂,也是施工技术难点。2.重点测量方面,全面复核剪力墙、框架柱轴线,混凝土底板标高控制点。在材料
18、质量控制方面,监理工程师应当切实履行对商品混凝土的质量控制责任,应将混凝土的订货、配合比设计、进场、交货检验等一系列过程作为工程质量控制的重点。在混凝土浇筑过程中,对于混凝土坍落度、接茬、时间间隔、震捣方面应当严格控制,重点监督变形缝、后浇带处理。安装方面,监理工程师应重点对预埋件、预埋套管的位置进行复核。早期混凝土养护也需要加以重视。3.施工薄弱点局部混凝土振捣不密实;模板刚度稳定性不足,出现涨模;二次振捣、二次搓抹时间掌握不准,后浇带防护处理不及时。现场准备工作不充分,承台基坑积水、杂物清除不干净。(三)质量控制点1.防水混凝土检验批质量控制点文档编码:CD7T9K7L10P2 HN1Q2
