2、名大学生,我深知大学生目前追求的是高档的休闲的典雅的生活方式,而咖啡店正好符合此种追求。咖啡店的装修不要过于华丽,简朴最好,但特别要有家的味道,甚至比家还温馨,还放松。每个咖啡桌最好只能做 4-6 人,人多反而显得过于热闹,体现不出宁静,休闲的韵味。创业优势:经过调查,目前大学城这边还没有此文所说的专供大学生休闲的咖啡店,竞争压力比较小。第 2 页 共 12 页 预算:1.咖啡店店面费用:预算在 15-30 平米,启动费用大概 5-10 万。2.装修设计费用:大概 8000 元。3.设备设施购买费用:(1)沙发、桌、椅、货架。共计2250 元(2)音响系统。共计 450(3)吧台所用的烹饪设备
