1、1 城市人行道花岗岩平板铺装的施工方法1 前言近年来,随着各地区的经济不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,在市政道路建设方面,为了体现人性化的设计理念创造和谐社会,提升城市的品位,改善城市环境,方便人民的出行和生活,越来越多的市政道路的人行道开始采用花岗岩平板面层,与原来广泛使用的水泥人 行 道 砖 相 比,由 于 花 岗 岩 平 板 原 材 料 单 位 面 积 大(常 用 规 格 长*宽*厚 为600mm*300mm*20mm、600mm*600*20mm、900mm*600mm*20mm),材质坚硬具有强度高,耐磨性好,防水性好,耐腐蚀,稳定性好、美观平整等许多优点。花岗岩平板的边角料可以在
2、局部区域做成美丽的碎拼图形图案,既节能又环保。花岗岩平板人行道在投入使用后破裂率小,维修费用低。传统的路基和基层的强度较低,稳定性差,人行道水泥砖的单位面积小,强度低,投入正常使用后因密实度和沉降量不均匀,易发生局部水泥砖下陷和挤浆现象,降低和破坏道路的平整度和行走的舒适。随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,外出旅游的人数急剧上升,原人行道的铺装等级已经满足不了经济发展形势的需要。积极推广应用新技术、新方法、新工艺、新材料提高人行道的铺装质量势在必行。绍兴市建筑设计研究院,建设单位根据道路实际情况,提出了“强基优面“的人行道设计方案,施工单位制订了“人行道花岗岩平板铺装”专项施工方案。在绍兴县金柯
3、桥大道改造工程一期,二期,三期中实施,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。2 施工方法的特点2.1、强基:通过对基层和底基层的施工工艺的部份调整,提高基层和底基层的强度、性能和稳定性。2 2.2、优面:人行道花岗岩平板的面层美观、质地坚硬、强度高,平整度好,使用寿命长,是城市人行道的高档铺装材料。2.3、减少维修次数和维修费用,节省原材料。减少了建筑垃圾的排放数量,提高了经济效益和社会效益,为节能减排,建设节约型的和谐社会作贡献。3 适用范围适用于大中城市道路、中高档住宅小区道路人行道的新建及改建工程,城市休闲广场地面铺装。美化环境,提高城市的品位。4 工艺原理强基优面,耐久美观,高质量,高品位是
4、城市道路建设和施工的主流。在城市人行道铺设施工中,按照市政道路工程质量检验评定标准CJJI-90、城市道路路基工程施工及验收规范 CJJ44-91、固化类路面基层和底基层技术规范CJJ/T80-98、土工试验方法标准GBJ123 的相关内容对基层及底基层的部份工艺调整,在达到联锁型路面砖路面施工及验收规范 CJJ79-98 的要求基础上,使人行道铺装质量提高一个技术标准档次,比用常规施工工艺在质量和使用寿命上有了很大提高。5 施工工艺流程及操作要点施工流程号工艺名称操作要点备注1 测量放样测量原地面标高,主要控制点坐标、标高2 路基清理、平整清除腐殖土、杂物仅一切有害的垃暗沟、水塘需排水清文档

12、 塘渣垫层分层填筑每层松铺厚度30cm,塘渣粒径不大于15cm,压实度 93%以上,垫层厚度不小于40cm。对部份达不到40cm的区域可以采用级配碎石填筑,但必须保证压实度。4 3%4%水泥碎石稳 定 底 基 层 厚10cm 施工前在塘渣垫层上洒水湿润,但不得有积水,施工时应连续作业,控制材料最佳含水量在6%左右,压实度95%以上。要求坚实平整,结构均匀,表面无松散颗粒,纵坡、横坡均符合要求,保温养护7 天以上需 测 试 弯 沉 值。Eo40mpa29.2;1/10mm 5 C15混凝土基层厚度不得小于60mm,施工前清理水泥碎石稳定基层上的尘土等杂物,并洒水湿润,不得有积水,混凝土应控制配合

20、进行处理,铺设后应振捣密实。表面采用木抹子搓平。在12h内采用草包等加以覆盖并浇水,常温下养护 14d。养护结束后伸缩缝部位采用SBS沥青灌缝。6 测量放样测量基层的标高、平整度、坡度7 1:2 干水泥砂浆找平层找平层厚度不得小于20mm,施工前混凝土基层应清理表面的泥土杂物,表面洒水湿润,纵横方向根据测量放样设灰饼以控制铺设厚度,铺设前行刷一遍素水泥浆,水泥浆的水灰比控制在0.40.5,随刷随铺设水泥砂浆拌合料,水泥砂浆应铺平振实,坡向、坡度正确。找平层与混凝土基层要求结合牢固,不得有空鼓。表面密实,不得有起砂、裂缝等。坡向、坡度要求正确,无积水。8 测量放样测量找平层的标高、平整度、坡向、
