1、大体积混凝土冬季施工蓄水养护法摘要:大体积砼在冬季施工,采用蓄水与覆盖相结合养护,能够起到隔热、吸热、降温、保温的作用,从而达到控制砼裂缝的目的。文章介绍了具体的施工方法。关键词:大体积砼、冬季蓄水、绝热温升、热阻一、工程简况:xxx 公司生产调度楼工程建筑面积41187m2,地下二层,地上15 层。基础形式为筏板基础,主体结构为框架-剪力墙结构。筏板施工在 12 月份,当时天气最低气温为-14o C 最高气温为-2 oC。平均气温:-7 o C。筏板基础面积9870.64m2,设有沉降后浇带和伸缩后浇带,被后浇带分为九块,筏板分为700mm厚和 1500mm厚两种。筏基底面设有双层 3 厚
2、SBS改性沥青防水卷材,筏板砼强度等级为C40P8。该工程的基础施工被安排在冬季。混凝土采用C40P8 商品混凝土。二、筏板基础大体积混凝土的施工方法1、模板施工:筏板四周采用240 厚砖墙做侧模,其上抹灰并做防水卷材和水泥砂浆保护层。后浇带侧面采用钢筋绗架作骨架支撑,在其上绑扎钢丝网片做为模板使用。2、分块分层砼浇筑施工:利用后浇带分割后的九块筏板进行分块施工.每块使用 2 台拖式泵从 2 端头分别向中间浇筑砼,分层浇筑,用 4个振动棒同时振捣,每个泵送管砼出口2 个振动棒前后均匀振捣,工人分为 3 个作业班轮班作业。待砼浇筑完毕后表面覆盖塑料薄膜,浇筑完毕 12 小时(砼终凝)后开始在筏板
3、边沿砌筑120 厚砖墙 120 高,并在内侧抹上 1:2 水泥砂浆。混凝土入模温度10。3、蓄水养护:砼浇筑完毕 30 小时后开始在筏板上蓄水,并加盖海绵被一层保温养护。筏基后浇带侧面用海绵被封盖保温。在养护期间派专人进行测温,并做好测温记录,待砼养护 15 天后拆除所有保温覆盖材料,将水抽干。三、大体积混凝土的抗裂措施:1、设计抗裂措施:1)地下室底板、外墙板及顶板混凝土内掺入0.8kg/m3左右的聚丙烯纤维,以上数量由实验确定。2)地下室顶、底板,外墙混凝土中必须添加膨胀剂(可选用UEAIV 低碱性),添加数量及配比必须经设计院认可,并同时掺入 20%左右粉煤灰代替部分水泥,限制干缩率控制

12、然受冷,避免产生贯穿裂缝。第三,延缓混凝土的冷却速度,以减小新老混凝土的上下层约束。总之,在混凝土浇筑之后,以适当的材料加以覆盖,采取保湿和保温措施,不仅可以减少升温阶段的内外温差,防止产生表面裂缝,而且可以使水泥顺利水化,提高混凝土的极限拉伸值,防止产生过大的温度应力和温度裂缝。1)混凝土浇筑:混凝土浇筑采用分层浇筑,2 台混凝土拖式泵,配有 2 条混凝土输送管道,每个管道出口处配有2 台振动棒,前后均匀振捣。2)混凝土蓄水养护:混凝土浇筑完成后先覆盖一层塑料薄膜,对砼表面进行保温保湿,并在混凝土筏板四周砌筑120mm 高的砖墙并抹水泥砂浆以便蓄水。在混凝土浇筑30 小时后开始蓄水50mm高
13、,并在水面上覆盖一层50mm 厚海绵被,连续养护15 天。海绵被是用 50mm厚海绵作芯,表面缝以塑料布。3)混凝土测温:测温采用埋入式电子测温仪,测温元件平面布置沿四周距边沿0.5M 处每 8M 设置 1 点,中间设 4 个点,沿混凝土厚度方向在每个点处分别在中间和距砼表面及底面50 位置埋入测温元件。冬施工程部安排专人进行测温,要求认真负责,做好上下班交接工作。现场值班负责人每日应检查测温记录,发现问题及时采取措施。测温记录必须真实、准确、清晰、完整,施工员每天应检查、监督测量员的工作及记录,并及时归档,以便检查。测温包文档编码:CJ10I1M3U10I5 HB1T10N10C6H9 ZG
