1、基本手型:拳掌勾教学设计一、指导思想坚持“健康第一”的指导思想,以学生的发展为中心,注重学生学习兴趣的培养。利用游戏来激发兴趣,让学生从兴趣中找到乐趣,从乐趣中找到学习的窍门,从而喜欢参加各种武术活动,自觉体验运动所带来的快乐。二、教材分析本课主要学习武术基本手型:拳,掌,勾拳:四指并拢卷握,拇指紧扣食指和中指的第二指节。掌:四指并拢伸直,拇指弯曲紧扣于虎口处。勾:五指第一指节捏握在一起,曲腕。以学生的发展为中心,注重学生学习兴趣的培养。利用游戏来激发兴趣,让学生从兴趣中找到乐趣,从乐趣中学到东西,从而喜欢学习各种武术,发扬中华民族热爱武术强身健体的光荣传统。三、学情分析本次课的学习对象是四年
2、级的学生,选用的教材是武术的基本手型和基本步伐以及“听音耐久跑”的游戏。了解到本班的学生从未学过武术,但对于武术又非常感兴趣。于是我选择武术单元中的第一次课,主要让学生初步掌握武术最基本的三种手型和三种步伐。但是传统的武术课教学一般采用讲解示范,反复练习,纠正错误,显得比较枯燥乏味,容易使学生失去上武术课的兴趣。因此,在本节课中我通过游戏的方式把武术的基本手型和基本步伐融入其中,让学生能在不知不觉中掌握动作,激发学习的兴趣,同时通过对武术明星的崇拜以及强有力的音乐的渲染让学生创编出简单的组合动作并能勇于向同伴展示自己的动作,为第二次课的组合动作的教学以及高年级中武术套路的学习打下扎实的基础。同
3、时课中还注重学生克服困难、形成顽强的意志品质的培养。副教材“听音耐久跑”主要是提高学生的耐力水平和正确的跑步姿势,同时也要对基本手型和基本步伐进行一次练习反馈,让老师了解到学生的学习效果,为下次课的学习做准备。四、教学目标1.了解武术的起源和功能;会做简单的手型、步法及组合动作。2.通过学生观察、模仿、互相交流、尝试学习,提高参与活动的意识和互帮互助的能力。3.培养学生对武术的兴趣,崇尚武德的精神。五、教学重点、难点教学重点:手型、步法及组合动作。教学难点:动作路线清晰,手形、步形正确到位。六、场地器材操场录音机 音乐带七、教学流程1.热身活动:组织学生集队,提示准备活动要求,在模仿活动中进行
4、律动游戏,结伴练习,为下面的学习做好准备。为下一阶段。2、基本部分:教师引导让学生体验生活经历激发学生的学习兴趣;讲解示范动作要领建立动作概念;徒手模仿形成动作表象;分解动作突破重点;完整体验解决难点;完整练习掌握动作;个别展示,学生评价发现问题;武术比赛体验成功的乐趣。通过以上教学环节,将学习的重难点贯穿于不断变化的活动之中,让学生在不知不觉中突破重难点,完成技术动作的学习,并在武术比赛中体验到成功的喜悦。然后再通过武术防身应用游戏,对所学内容进行适当的提升和应用,同时,发展体能达到全面发展学生身体素质的目的。3.结束部分:教师带领学生拍打放松,然后,以学生谈体会和收获的方式,进行总结评价。
