1、第一:客户开发1.客户来源:上门客户,亲朋介绍,老客户介绍2.通过对老客户的回访维护,让客户为自己介绍客户。3.发展自己的朋友网,告诉你的每一位亲戚朋友你在平武崔氏汽车卖车,让亲戚朋友来给你介绍客户。4.通过外拓来开发客户。第二:客户接待:1.以一个专业、认真、热情的形象来迎接客户的到来,让每一个客户感觉到被重视,受到了尊重,感觉到了我们的专业和真诚。给人积极向上的感觉。2.前台接待不能离人,不能出现接待缺岗现象,随时注意客户的到来。当有客户走近展厅门时,销售顾问第一时间上前迎接。(不管客户是否看车销售人员必须随从。)3.接待台杜绝玩手机,看与工作无关的东西,杜绝站姿懒散等有违公司形象现象。4
