1、单位购房意向书甲方:(以下简称:XXXX)联系电话:乙方:(购房人)身份证号:联系电话:兹有 XXXX 人员有意向购买,昆明XXXX 其下与合作建设的XXXXX项目房源,乙方愿以单位内部认购形式购买,购买享受内部优惠价格,经双方友好协商,就购房事宜,双方达成如下条款:一、意向的房源类型及交纳意向金标准:乙方意向房源类型为,户型建筑面积约为,意向标准为¥万元。每个车位交纳意向金¥万元,车位总价¥万元/个。需交纳意向金合计:人民币¥万元(大写拾万仟佰拾元整。)二、意向金事宜:乙方同意于 2011年月日之前,向甲方交纳乙方所意向房源的意向金即人民币¥元,大写拾万仟佰拾元整。乙方购房人购买到房屋签订商
2、品房购销合同或商品房认购书时,意向金自动转为购房首付;若由于房源位置、户型、等原因,乙方购房人不能买到该区的房屋时,甲方以不计利息退还乙方所交纳的全额意向金。三、购房优惠:待开发商条件成熟时,乙方应按甲方电话或短信通知时间及地点,到甲方指定地点签订商品房购销合同(按云南省建设厅制定的现行商品房销售范本签订)并按合同约定付清尾款;房屋价格以本意向书为依据确定,其他按国家的有关规定执行。五、甲乙方权利及义务4、若乙方自身的原因不能按时或按本协议约定与甲方签订商品房购销合同或商品房认购书的,需书面通知解除约定,经甲方同意后方能解除本意向书约定。5、在商品房购销合同签订后,不允许更名;6、房源 XXX
3、XX 于 2012 年 12 月 31 日交房,延期交房将按照商品房购销合同约定处理。7、乙方自愿服从甲方对房屋户型、楼层、房号的安排。如有争议甲方有权取消购房资格。8、乙方购买房屋时的维修基金、配套费、物业管理费等参照开发商和国家相关政策管理规定执行另行收取9、由于项目 19、20 为内部认购房源,在整个项目开盘前,本意向书的内容属于商业秘密,不能对外宣传,为避免给甲方或开发商带来经济上的损失,乙方应承诺保守商业秘密。六、违约责任1、甲方若违反上述约定,应返还乙方已缴交诚意金,意向金不计利息,并且赔偿乙方购房人2 万元违约金。2、乙方若违反上述约定,偿甲方单位2 万元违约金。七、其他约定1、
