1、中国 IT 企业管理现状与问题分析报告很长一段时期以来,计算机世界报管理与职场部在关注国内IT 企业管理现实的过程中,越来越鲜明地感觉到:中国 IT 企业正在受到许多普遍性问题的困扰。在采访过程中,这些问题从一个企业到另一个企业的反复出现,使我们萌生了一个念头:通过对 IT 企业总裁进行一次大范围的问卷调查,通过科学的调研和数据分析,排除感性、清晰明了地展现一幅中国IT 企业管理的健康状况“图解”。本次耗时数月的调查结果也让我们感到意外,比如,90%以上的中小企业领导人并没有接受多少领导力的训练,而是一种自生自灭的状态;91%的企业总裁认为他们正面临“人力资源管理”的巨大挑战;100%的企业总

3、002年 3 月至 7 月,计算机世界报管理与职场部设计并实施了“中国 IT 企业管理现状与问题”总裁问卷调查。我们在300家主流 IT 企业中选取了 150家作为研究的样本,一共有100余名企业总裁接受了问卷调查,亲自填写了问卷,最终有效问卷为86份。通过科学的统计方法和数据分析模型,我们得出了以下事实和结论。中小企业领导人自生自灭调查显示,90%的中小公司的管理者和领导人更多是自生自灭。91%的企业总裁认为他们正面临“人力资源管理”的巨大挑战,而100%的企业总裁认为他们正面临“人才激励机制”的管理挑战。员工规模越大的公司,对管理的制度和体系要求就越高,它们的管理制度和体系可能就越完善。中
4、小公司“人才激励机制”灵活,大公司“企业文化建设”成熟。中小公司或者对人力资源管理不重视,或者是不知道如何进行人力资源管理,而在企业文化方面,中小公司也没有建树。为了探讨企业的员工规模与人力资源管理成熟度的关系,我们截取了两个不同的员工规模区间(200499和 2000 4999)的企业进行了对比分析。如图 1 所示,关于企业管理制度和体系建设情况,员工规模在200499区间(系列 1)的企业对“初步形成”、“完善”、“非常完善”三项的选择呈现出明显的下降趋势,依次是 56%、38%和 6%;而员工规模在 2000 4999区间(系列 2)的企业对三者的选择虽然未呈现相反的趋势,但在“初步形成
