1、20XX 年公司人力资源部职员个人工作总结与企业人力资源部经理工作总结范文合集企业人力资源部经理工作总结范文下面我从三方面总结自己这一年来的工作。一、人力资源部工作1、院校职员档案的整理、完善。将院校教职员工的纸质人事档案和电子人事档案进行整理、编排和完善。2、职员招聘工作。院校目前的招聘方式以网络招聘为主,本人根据院校人事需求,即时发布招聘信息,并在逐日上班时查看、筛选简历,对招聘信息进行刷新,同时还有对应聘职员的接待工作。3、职员入职、离职手续的办理。职员入职后,指导他们办理入职相干手续,搜集其个人相干资料,并复印其相干资料,从而建立个人档案袋。员工离职时,指导员工办理离职交接手续,交接终
2、了后经相干领导签字确认,予以办理其他相干手续。4、员工福利。得人心者得天下,院校为体现人性化管理:在每位教职员工生日时,送出蛋糕卡和美好的生日祝愿。我的工作是做好生日登记,在发放蛋糕卡的同时向生日的教职员工送出美好祝贺;法定节假日学院会为教职员工提供福利,作为人力资源部会提早预备员工福利发放表,后期做好发放工作(如:端午节、中秋节福利发放)。5、人力资源月报表。为了更好了解院校的人力资源情况,月初我会制作一份能反映上月人力资源、薪资和保险变动情况的人事月报表。6、社保的购买与停退。对经院领导审批后需购买保险的教职员工进行资料搜集,签订合同,去社保局为其购买社保,对之前在其它单位已办理过社保的员
3、工,我会对其进行社保转入和续保。社保的停退,及时对离职员工进行社保停退。7、合同续签工作。暑假时期学院2/3 的教职员工合同已到期,趁暑假期间整理合同,做好统计,并在开学初通知教职员工续签合同,从而保证学院利益。二、辅导员工作1、平常管理工作。催费清欠工作,部份学生因各种缘由末能交齐学费,为此我专门召开班会,结合诚信教育和学院有关缴费规定,对他们进行教育,做思想工作,截至目前,我所带的班级共有四名学生欠缴学费;每周的辅导员例会认真做好记录,触及到所带学生事宜都会及时传达给班委或学生本人;学生请假 3 天以上的,需家长打电话说明事由,并作好记录,请假条会在每月集中搜集、装档案。文档编码:CM9P

11、了解学生动态。坚持每周走访学生宿舍二次以上,及时深入到学生生活中去,亲身了解学生生活和学习情况,妥善解决学生反映的各种题目,做学生的贴心人;在班级建设中创建沟通平台,如 qq 空间、微博等方式来丰富交换情势,多渠道了解学生的思想动态。学生生活或学习上出现题目,我会经常找其谈话,缩短师生间的间隔,做学生的知心人,针对个别学生价值观、道德观出现扭曲现象,我积极引导,尽最大努力让学生熟悉到价值观、道德观扭曲的危害并帮助其改正。三、通过主题班会、各类比赛,逐渐凝聚班级向心力。由于大学课程安排较高中时代减少、自由时间增多,学生的独立个性得到充分展现,表现为班级同学感情淡远,整体比较涣散。针对这些情况,主

19、室平常工作。配合办公室领导完成平常工作,如会议安排、来访接待等工作。2、协助吴主任做好共达学院统招录取和已报到学生的地区散布汇总工作。3、每月做好员工(教师、辅导员、科级以上除外)的绩效工资考核。以上是我从三方面来汇报自己这一年来的工作。在院、系领导和同事的大力支持、鼓励和帮助下,我固然取得了一点点的成绩,但也确切存在着很多的缺点和一些不如人意的地方。总之,人力资源和辅导员这两项工作都是具有挑战性的工作,又是一件烦琐的工作,今后我将以更高的热情、更强的责任意识、更坚定的信念,全面提升工作理念、全速提升工作质量、全力提升工作档次、全心服务教职员工和学生,争取文档编码:CM9P5K6G9Y7 HI
