1、XX公司绩效考核管理制度郑州隆泰门业有限公司绩效考核管理制度设计相关说明本制度是经过对公司实际情况调查后以符合公司现阶段形式和未来几年内的需要而制定的本制度与公司组织架构图岗位说明书薪资管理制度相互关联如日后需要进行调整需参考上述制度进行整体调节本考核制度针对除总经理外的所有管理人员除生产一线员工和试用期员工外的其他所有员工考虑到公司目前状况暂时先在管理人员中进行试行日后时机成熟后在员工范围内推广实行考虑到绩效考核的复杂度操作的难度建议公司进行二个月的试行后再进一步推广通过试行来积累考核实际操作经验为保证考核的时效性目标性有效性本考核制度保留了一定的可调整空间可以根据公司的实际情况当前目标等来
