1、2020 初三下学期数学教学工作总结2020 初三下学期数学教学工作总结(一)转眼间,一个学期即将结束。这天回顾本学期工作,可给本学期工作划上一个句号,同时作为下学期工作的新起点,期盼下学期能取得更好的成绩。本学期我担任九年级(1)、(2)班的数学教学工作,主要是继续抓好两个班的日常教学,努力提高课堂效率。根据每班学生实际状况,我精心编写好教案,制作教具,设计教学方法,并在教学中随时加以修改,课后做好简单笔记,积累经验。教学过程中,贯穿德育思想,对学生进行思想教育,培养学生动手潜力,引导学生动脑思考。初三年段的数学资料多,是初中数学的综合运用阶段,又面临中考压力,学生两极分化大。因此,我在课堂
2、上采取分层次教学,设计一些适合各层次学生的作业和与练习,采用多样化教法,让学生多动脑多动手练习。本学期我主要以提高中等生成绩为目的,对学生进行培优扶差工作,分层次教学只是一个组成部分,此外对选中的目标学生进行课外辅导与作业面批,每次课前先温习旧知识,培养学习兴趣,提高其学习效率。基础较好的同学,鼓励他们努力透过自学争取提前完成学习任务,引导学生阅读有关书刊,扩大其知识面;同时对后进生,降低习题的难度和作业量,促使其学有所得。服从年级工作安排,利用课余时间,开展第二课堂活动,为学生补缺补漏,但成绩还是不够理想,有待于继续努力。重视业务进修,不断改善教学方法,学习各种新知识,虚心向他人学习,提高自
3、身水平。工作中存在不足之处:一、对不同层次的学生状况了解不够,造成学生成绩不理想,这一点需要在下学期加强。二、推进课改,更新教学观念,用心参于课改,充分发挥学生的个性;有效地提高学生的动手潜力、分析潜力、观察潜力,培养学生的数学思想等问题,都是新学年内进一步研究和探索的方向。三、社会对教师的素质要求更高,在今后的教育教学工作中,我将更严格要求自己,努力工作,发扬优点,改正缺点,开拓前进,为祖国完美的明天奉献自己的力量。今后努力的方向:1、加强业务理论知识的学习,从而提高业务水平。2、新教学观念,用心参于课改。3、对学困生多加照顾。2020 初三下学期数学教学工作总结(二)本学期面临结束,回顾一

11、教学工作中,解放思想,更新观念,丰富知识,提高能力,以全新的素质结构接受新一轮课程改革浪潮的“洗礼”。二、新课改通过学习新的 课程标准,使自己逐步领会到“一切为了人的发展”的教学理念。树立了学生主体观,贯彻了民主教学的思想,构建了一种民主和谐平等的新型师生关系,使尊重学生人格,尊重学生观点,承认学生个性差异,积极创造和提供满足不同学生学习成长条件的理念落到实处。将学生的发展作为教学活动的出发点和归宿。重视了学生独立性,自主性的培养与发挥,收到了良好的效果。三、教学研究教学工作是学校各项工作的中心,也是检验一个教师工作成败的关键。一学期来,在坚持抓好新课程理念学习和应用的同时,我积极探索教育教学

19、为主,不搞满堂灌,坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点,突破难点。3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动,不断汲取他人的宝贵经验,提高自己的教学水平。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。4、在作业批改上,认真及时,力求做到全批全改,重在订正,及时了解学生的学习情况,以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。四、工作中存在的问题1、教材挖掘不深入。2、教法不灵活,不能吸引学生学习,对学生的引导、启发不足。3、新课标下新的教学思想学习不深入。对学生的自主学习,合作学习,缺乏理论指导。4、差生末抓在手。由于对学生的了解不够,对学生的学习态度、思维能力不太清楚。上课和复习时
