1、东城快捷酒店开业筹备工作计划书东城快捷酒店开业准备工作计划书(草拟)内容:1.东城快捷酒店开业准备的任务与要求2.东城快捷酒店开业预备计划3.东城快捷酒店职员编制图4.东城快捷酒店招聘要求一、东城快捷酒店开业准备的任务与要求开业前的预备工作,主要是建立快捷运转系统,为以后的运营在人、财、物等各方面做好充分的预备。(一)酒店管理职员熟习酒店区域并为其确定责任范围酒店管理职员到岗后,首先要熟习整个酒店的平面布局,并实查看。然后根据实际情况,确定其自己的主要责任范围,以书面的情势将具体的建议和假想呈报给上级有关职员。上级公司召集有关职员进行讨论并做出决定。(二)设计这个酒店的组织结构酒店管理职员要综
2、合斟酌各种相干因素,如:饭店的范围、档次、建筑布局、设施装备、市场定位、经营方针和管理目标等。(三)制定物品采购清单酒店开业前事务繁多,经营物品的采购是一项非常耗费精力的工作,仅仅依托指定的采购职员,往完成此项工作,难度很大,宾馆管理职员应协助其共同完成。制作采购清单时,应斟酌到以下一些题目:、本酒店的建筑特点。根据每层楼的房间数目,管理职员就要斟酌某些清洁装备是一套还是两套。还要斟酌到楼层服务职员的相干业务量。、本酒店的装修标准和目标定位。管理职员应从本宾馆的实际动身,斟酌国家的行业标准,参照市场同等级别的宾馆酒店,根据本宾馆目标市场定位情况,对客房用品进行配备。、行业的发展趋势。管理职员应
3、关注本行业的发展趋势,在物品的配备上应有一定的超前意识,不能过于传统和守旧。例如:目前可增加非卖品,象*等。在运行一段时期后,可根据客人需要,适当减少没必要要的客用物品。、其他情况。管理职员还要斟酌其他相干因素,如:客房出租率、酒店的资金状态等。采购清单设计要规范,通常要包以下栏目:物品名称、规格、单位、数目、供货单位、备注等。另外,斟酌到实际情况,确定有关物品的配备标准。(四)协助采购酒店管理职员不直接担负采购任务,但此项工作对今后的运营工作影响较大,因此,管理职员应关注并适当参与采购工作。这不但可以减轻指定采购职员的负担,而且还能在很大程度上确保所采购的物品符合要求。酒店管理职员,要定期对
4、比采购清单,检查各项物品的到位情况,而且检查的频率应随开业的邻近而逐步增高。(五)参与制服的设计与制作酒店管理职员在制服的款式和面料的选择方面,常常有其独到的鉴赏能力。(六)编写快捷酒店运转手册运转手册,是本酒店的工作指南,也是员工培训和考核根据。一般来讲,运转手册可包括岗位职责、工作程序、规章制度及运转表格等部分。(七)参与员工的招聘与培训酒店管理职员和有关的招聘人事部分共同负责。在员工的招聘进程中,人事部分根据饭店工作的一般要求,对应聘者进行初步筛选,而宾馆管理职员则负责把好录取关。培训是酒店开业前的一项主要任务。酒店管理职员从本店的实际动身,制定切实可行的培训计划,选择和培训培训员,督导
5、培训计划的实施,并确保培训工作到达预期的效果。(八)建立客房档案开业前,即开始建立客房档案,对往后的管理具有特别重要的意义,搜集大量的第一手资料。(九)参与快捷酒店验收酒店的管理职员要参与验收,根据本店实际情况,设计一份验收检查表。并对参与职员进行相干的培训。验收后,保存一份检查表,以便往后的跟踪检查。(十)负责本店的基建清洁工作酒店管理职员在基建清洁中,扮演着极为重要的角色。组织服务职员参加基建清洁工作。开业前的基建清洁工作成功与否,直接影响着对酒店成品的保护。酒店管理职员与所有相干职员和负责人,在开业前,共同确定基建清洁计划,然后由客房服务职员,对各参加清洁的职员进行清洁知识和技能培训,为
