2、BOT投融资模式在我国体育场馆中的应用进行了争论 , 分析了我国体育场馆运用 BOT投融资模式的背景、存在的问题及运用BOT投融资模式建设场馆与后期运营的关系；得出以下结论 :1 、BOT投融资模式是以将来经营权作为投资回报来筹 集建设资金的模式 , 是缓解当前国家投资不足的一种有效补充 , 是拓展体育投融资渠道的有益尝试, 契合我国体育事业产业化、社会化的进展方向 , 同时是体育体制改革的表达；通过 SWOT分析, 证明我国体育场馆适合引进 BOT投融资模式； 2、北京五棵松文化体育中心是中国历史上第一个完全由企业投资的大型体育场馆, 是一次前所未有的尝试, 既减轻了政府的负担 , 也给企业

Prominent research on Build-Operate-Translation has formed a more mature theoretical system. BOT mode could be transplant

Combination the theoretical with practical experience can be useful and meaningful for the development of investment and
