41、ods,with its mainbusiness models and the situations of its business divisions as follows:(I)Color TVsThe Company provides color TVs for both domestic,overseas markets and the internet businessThe domestic sales of its color TVs are realized mainly through B2B(Business-to-Business)andB2C(Business-to-

42、Consumer),with its branch companies,business departments and after-salesmaintenance points all over the country.And it profits from the margin between the costs and theselling prices of its color TVs.As for the overseas sales,it mainly relies on B2B and is supported by B2C.The color TVs of theCompan

43、y are sold to Asia Pacific,Middle East,Central&South America,East Europe,etc.And theprofit also comes from the difference between the costs and the selling prices of its color TVs.The basis of internet business is the smart TV terminal sold by us.We will cooperate with otherinternet companies and ob

44、tain the benefits by providing the users with video,education,music,medical treatment,games and other services;then increase the adhesiveness of users,publicize thebrand and increase the sales opportunities of hardware by providing part of public welfare andinteractive services based on the analysis

46、onesThe mobile phones of the Company are sold domestically and overseas.The overseas sales mainlyrely on B2B and the profit comes from the margin between the costs and the selling prices of themobile phones.As for the domestic sales of its mobile phones,the Company mainly relies on thetelecom operat

47、or channel in the recent years.But it has also restarted the retail sales(through B2Band B2C)of its mobile phones in the domestic market since August 2015.It has been active inbreaking into the rural markets.And its successful launch of new products in the domestic retailmarket marks a good start in
