1、7“末端出行,单车共享”南京市共享单车使用现状调查报告指导老师:组名:成员:摘要摘要摘要:摘要:2016 年下半年,共享单车作为一种新兴事物出现在大众视野中,短短半年时间共享单车已经在我国一线城市和部分二线城市遍地开花。北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都、武汉、南京、杭州、厦门等地处处可见共享单车的影子。截止 2017 年 3 月底,已有 9 家共享单车品牌入驻南京。据2016 中国共享单车市场研究报告显示,截至 2016 年底我国的共享单车用户数量达到了 1886 万,预计到 2017 年年底,用户规模将达到 5000 万。共享单车作为共享经济的一种新形态,在解决城市居民“末端出行”问题上发挥了很
2、大作用,展现了公共服务和城市管理的另一种可能。共享单车的出现一方面给人们的生活带来便利,给人们带来全新的体验,另一方面,共享单车带来的各种问题也渐渐显现,如共享单车乱停乱放、上私锁、投放密度不均等。这于对加强城市管理,引导民众正确使用共享单车等方面都提出了更高的要求。在这种背景下,骑妙能力组对南京市居民共享单车使用意愿、使用的普及性、用户的特征以及共享单车使用中遇到的问题等进行了相应的调研和探讨,针对共享单车在南京使用的状况提出了相应改进建议。以南京市共享单车用户为调查对象,首先通过网络和报刊广泛收集共享单车的相关资料,初步了解共享单车在我国的发展现状;然后实地考察、预调研深入了解南京市共享单
3、车品牌、单车集中分布地点、单车使用人群等问题;最后确定调查范围,采取网络和纸质两种形式发放问卷,及时整理取回的问卷,筛选出无效问卷,清洗数据,准确录入数据。数据的处理运用了定性和定量的两种分析方法。定性分析采用了归纳、比较、结构分析法,进行信息收集和分析。定量分析采用了多种定量统计工具。使用描述性方法,分析了共享单车用户特征、共享单车用户行为情况、共享单车满意度水平以和共享单车不足之处的基本状况;采用卡方检验和方差检验方法,检验两种变量之间是否存在显著差异;建立二元选择模型,分析共享单车用户特征,描绘共享单车目标用户画像;建立单因素线性回归方程,寻找影响用户满意度水平的主要因素。通过对调研资料
4、的分析,本次调研的结论主要有:一,共享单车优势显著。愿意选择“公共自行车”与愿意选择“共享单车”的人数比例接近 1:6,在所有用户中 11.50%的用户认为“外观好看”是他们选择某品牌共享单车的主要原因,只有 6.34%的共享单车用户考虑的主要因素是“安全性能好”。二,共享单车用户特征明显。共享单车主要满足中低收入者需求,月收入为 1000-3000 元的用户占比最多,为 30%其次是月收入在 1000 以下的,占比 28%,月收入 7000 元以上的占 6%。三,共享单车配套系统不完善。如 APP 功能不完善、相应法律法规不健全等;共享单车目前还缺乏有效的监管措施。根据以上调研结果,认为要解
5、决共享单车在南京使用中存在的问题,政府、企业和用户三方面都应该做出努力。摘要摘要政府联合企业共同加强共享单车停放管理;企业配合政府规划,合理配置共享单车资源;企业通过开展各类活动如开展公益骑行、骑行比赛等增强共享单车的影响力;企业优化后台管理,增加 APP 功能,提升用户使用体验;用户要文明使用共享单车。【关键字】【关键字】共享单车共享经济末端出行满意度摘要摘要Abstract:The second half of 2016,Chinese sharing-bike occurs as a new thing in the public view,the short time Chinese
6、sharing-bike in our country has been blossom everywhere infirst-tier cities and some second-tier city like Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Chengdu,Wuhan,Nanjing,Hangzhou,Xiamen etc.can see the shadow of sharing-bike.Bythe end of March 2017,there are 9 bicycle companies settled in Nanjing.Accordi
7、ng to the shows that at the end of 2016,Chinese sharing-bike users had been reached 18.86 million,expected by the end of 2017,the size of the user will reach 50 million.As a new form of shared economy,shared bicycleplays a very important role in solving the problem of end travel of urban residents a
8、ndshow another possible in public service and city management.Sharing-bike appears on theone hand to bring convenience to peoples life,on the other hand,all kinds of problemsbrought by sharing-bike has gradually emerged,such as shared bicycle parking irregular,locked private,stocking density inequal
9、ity.This is to strengthen urban management andguide people to correctly use the sharing-bike and other areas have put forward higherrequirements.In this context,team of QiMiaoNengLi have collected of Nanjing city residents of basicinformation aboutthebicycle user,and bicycle userssharing,analysis of
10、usercharacteristics,getting all aspects of influence on the characteristics of sharing-bike usersto select and use shared.According to the user problem of sharing-bike,for the purpose ofsharing the bike to put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,in order togive the suggestions to achie
11、ve the sharing of the bicycle to share a common proposal.Enterprises to upgrade the function of sharing-bike,the government can adopt a better wayfor effective management,allowing users to further experience the convenience ofsharing-bike.This survey sharing-bike users as the research object in Nanj

13、g-bike concentrated place,bicycle users.Through group interview to in-depthunderstanding of some users to share the bicycle attitude of Nanjing city,that get the userbasic distribution have a more in-depth understanding;Finally,we determined the space ofthe investigation with the network questionnai
14、re and paper questionnaires two kinds ofquestionnaires,the paper questionnaire taken out of a street to the passage who pass by inthe area of the University City and business district and select the useful data to entry.The data were analyzed by two methods:qualitative and quantitative analysis.Inqu
15、alitative analysis,induction,comparison and structural analysis are used to collect andanalyze information.In quantitative analysis,used large-scale descriptive analysis ofsharing-bike user characteristics,user behavior,user satisfaction and the shortcomings ofthe basic situation;Adopt the Chi-squar
16、e test and Variance test,justice whether there aresignificant differences between the two kinds of test variables;establish Binary regressionequation model,determine the characteristics of users sharing-bike,describe the targetuser sharing-bike portrait;establishing single factor linear regression e
17、quation,then findthe main factors affecting the user satisfaction level.Based on the results of data analysis,then we get the conclusion in this papersummarizes the research,the main conclusions has so on:sharing-bike has a significantadvantage,people choose public bicycles and sharing-bike ratio cl
18、ose to 1:6,11.50%ofall users in the user that looks good is the main reason for their choice of a certain brandof sharing-bike,only 6.34%of the sharing-bike users consider the main factor is the safetybicycle;sharing-bike user are characteristics,mainly to meet the needs of low-incomepersons,so the
