11、工会自身建设方面。包括给基层分会购照相机、购置必要的办公用具及办公用品、接待兄弟单位等,费用XX万元。(三)经费结余。截至XX年底经费滚动结余XX万元。二、七年来工会财务工作回顾(一)密切联系群众,保持经费拨交渠道的畅通。工会经费是工会工作的物质基础,确保经费收支主渠道的畅通是工会财务工作的重中之重。为了圆满实现工会经费的收缴目标,工会先后制订了关于加强工会财务管理的规定、工会经费上解季度考核管理办法、XX公司工会经费管理办法等,积极指导协调基层分会会费收缴和工会经费收缴工作,将会员会费按80%返还基层,有效提高了基层分会收缴会费的积极性;工会还加强对多经企业经费拨缴的规范化管理。在多经经费收

19、工作变为现实,为工会工作开创了新的局面。(二)服务中心工作,努力管好、用好工会经费。本着“统筹兼顾,量入为出,收支平衡,略有结余”的原则,工会始终坚持四个服务的导向。一是为企业中心工作服务;二是为职工身心健康服务,使职工健康生活,快乐工作;三是为基层分会组织建设服务,有计划的对基层工会开展活动进行补助;四是为企业凝心聚力服务。把资金的重点用在促进企业和谐发展、维护职工合法权益,开展好职工各项活动、为基层服务、为职工办实事等方面,坚持做到支出合理,职工满意。(三)科学管理,努力提高经费管理水平。一是强化工会经费的预决算工作。年初周密预算,年中对照检查,年末认真决算,保证有计划、有步骤的合理使用经
