2、:2018 年 3 月 5 日七、教学课时:一课时八、教学过程:(一)导入精品教学教案1、导言:同学们,你们看过足球比赛么?有什么感受?有没有危险呢?(1)学生各叙己见。(2)教师归纳出示课题。2、引导学生自主探索:体育课与体育活动应该注意那些安全事项?学生讨论交流,各自发表。(二)学习新知识1、运动前的注意事项(1)检查自己的身体情况参加体育活动,首先要了解自己的身体状况,要学会自我监督,随时注意身体功能状况变化,若有不良症状要及时向教师反映情况,采取必要的保健措施。切忌有心脏病或其他不适合参与体育活动的疾病而隐瞒病情,勉强参加活动。学生有以下疾病或症状,禁止参加体育活动:体温增高的急性疾病

10、(2)检查场地和器材要认真检查运动场地和运动器材,消除安全隐患。要注意场地中的不安全因素,如场地是否平整,要清除石头土块;检查沙坑的松散度、是否有石子杂物等;检查体育设施是否牢固安全可靠,器材的完好度等。不冒险,确保自身安全。(3)做好运动准备要穿运动服装、运动鞋,不要佩戴各种金属的或玻璃的装饰物,不要携带尖利物品等。做好热身准备活动。为什么要做热身准备活动?(合作探究)就是要克服内脏器官在生理上的惰性,以减低运动伤害发生的机会。运动前不重视做准备活动,或准备活动做得不充分、不正确、不科学,是引起运动损伤的重要原因;准备活动不充分,肌肉、内脏、神经系统机能不兴奋,肌肉供血量不足,在这样的身体状
