8、有自己创业才能更好的来发挥自己的实力!党和国家政府也赐予肯定的经济上的支持!然而，创业并非一些热血沸腾的高校生所向往的那样顺当。创业是一件很肃穆的问题，须要静心来思索创业的路途。创业最重要的是选择好的创业项目，纵观现在社会行业，可以说无微不至，什么网络业，餐饮业，旅游业，交通业.都是已经被人所占据，初来乍到的高校生仅仅靠政府的创业贷款是很难在此类行业中有所作为的。就拿发展部就得网络业来说，已经发展到了几乎饱和的状态了!什么网络购物，网络交换，能想到了，人家已经在经营了!所以涉足这些行业是很困难的!其次要创业还要考虑成本为题，虽然有政府的补贴，创业初期是很够用的，但是越来越大的花费使身无分文的高校生起先吃紧，最总有可能导致创业失败，这是很惨痛的结果。所以在创业初期自己也须要有肯定的经济实力才可以应对将来创业中所发生的一切不行预料的事情!最终，创业必要的就是人才，自己的团队。只要有一只自己得力的团队，应对事情是得心应手!事事皆顺，而想保住自己的团队，经营好自己的那个团队是一般毕业生不能做到的，因为这里面包含很困难的社会关系学，所以，与人沟通交往是赢得团队信任的一个重要的手段!我想在此告诫那些刚刚毕业的高校生们：创业有风险，进入需三思!
