2、 负责公司所有员工年休假的审核及休假时间的协调安排。3.3 部门负责人负责部门员工年休假申请的初审及时间安排。4.0 管理规定4.1 年假时间4.1.1 员工在本公司连续工作已满2 年不满 10年的,可享受年休假 5 天,满 3 年则增加 1 个年假日,最长不超过10 天。4.1.2 已满 10 年不满 20 年的,可享受年休假10 天。4.1.3 已满 20 年的,可享受年休假15 天。4.2 享受条件4.2.1 员工在公司连续工作满两年方可享受年假,以行政人事部入职时间为准。4.2.2 年度内迟到、早退次数累计达到30 次(含)以上者不享受次年度年假。4.2.3 年度内受到书面处罚3 次(
3、含)以上者不享受次年度年假。4.2.4 年度内累计病或事假超过12 天的员工,不享受次年度年假。文件名称带薪年假管理制度文件类别一阶二阶三阶文件编号版 次A0 页 次OF 4.3 年假审批流程4.3.1 员工年假必须履行审批手续,经批准后方可休假,未经批准休假者一律按旷工处理。4.3.2 员工申请本年度年假,必须以书面形式提前30天向部门直属主管提出。4.3.3 部门直属主管与部门负责人对申请时间作出协调安排并审批。4.3.4 行政人事部对员工资格、申请时间、休假安排进行审核。4.3.5 公司总经理对经过审核的申请进行批准。4.3.6 工作交接完毕后,员工方可按批准时间和方式进行休假。4.4
4、年假工作安排4.4.1 员工在年假申请批准后必须进行工作交接,方可休假。4.4.2 直属主管指定工作交接人,双方进行书面工作交接,行政人事部负责监督交接。4.4.3 部门负责人及以上级别管理人员休假前,由公司分管领导负责工作交接。4.4.4 年假期间,休假员工应保持通讯畅通。4.5 年假的薪资管理4.5.1 员工年休假期间薪资、福利照常计发。4.5.2如因公司原因导致员工未能休假或者休完年假的,经总经理同意后,按照员工基本工资的 300%给予补偿。4.6 年假实施细则4.6.1 符合公司年假享受条件的员工,可在符合条件的次年安排年假。4.6.2 公司当年年假统一安排在月日至月日,其他时间不得申
