1、工资、津贴和奖金制度第一章总则第一条为了正确计发工资、奖金,合理分配劳动报酬,激发员工的积极性、能动性和创造性,特制订本制度。第二条本制度适用于公司全体员工。第三条基本工资由人事部计算,报总经理签字后,转会计部发放。第四条工资给付除特别规定的情况外,须直接以现金支付给员工,支付工资时,详列各项津贴及扣除额。第五条员工对工资产生疑义时,可以向人事部咨询,行使工资请求权,但自发生日起 10 天内未行使时,视为认可。第二章工资管理第六条公司工资的起止日期为月末日至次月日,实行下发薪制,月初()日(公休日顺延)发上月工资。第七条公司每月付给员工的工资为税前工资,个人应纳款由公司代扣代缴。第八条每月工资
2、计数天数为()天。第九条本公司采用结构工资制:一、工资组成:1、基本工资(岗位工资、补贴工资);2、绩效工资;3、特殊贡献工资。二、基本工资按级别分别规定基本工资。1、岗位工资:即职务工资,靠级别相应定为()元,企业遵循按劳取酬的原则,不低于国家规定的本地区行业的最低工资标准。附:岗位工资一览表2、补贴工资:因员工个人情况而享受的级别外照顾学历津贴标准:中专:大专:大本:硕士:博士职称津贴标准:初级:中级:高级:社会工龄为:每年递增元本企业工龄标准:每年递增元特别技术(特殊工种):每月元特别环境:每月元(高温、重、脏、危险工种)各种补贴:每月元三、绩效工资:生产部门绩效工资=产值()%计件员工

11、须于班后或休息日完成的任务。申请加班手续 加班加点前经直接上级的指示或批准。加班后到人事部填写“加班申请单”。“申请单”由直接上级签批,人事部审批后,交会计部执行。加班工资月末随工资发放。三、学习考察期间的工资:、新员工培训期间,每人每天发给()元的基本生活补助。、在岗员工外出脱产培训,只发本人基本工资,不享受奖金。、员工集体脱产培训期间,公司发放生活补贴每人每天()元。、员工在班前,班后或休息日接受短期培训(不足一天)培训者,企业不予补助。、高管级领导、部门级负责人脱产培训期间,基本工资照发。四、休假期间的工资,按国家有关规定办理,详见考勤制度。第三章奖金的管理制度文档编码:CV3T1D5R
