26、建设成为规范化、个性化的教研组。四、主要工作(一)教研方面具体体现在两手抓:一、严抓学科教研活动,通过教研活动提高课堂教学水平。学校每学期都会举办展示课活动,鼓励新老教师积极参加,通过共同听课评课,相互学习促进。同时通过此活动,发现组内的弱课,重点抓弱课,努力提高弱课质量。通过教研活动,也可发现组内的典型课例,本学期我们将会注意典型课例的积累,把好课特色课及时录制下来。二、抓好常规课堂教学管理,规范课堂教学,做到好课堂从基础抓起。养成良好的课堂教学习惯,以良好的状态随时迎检查。通过教研活动提高课堂质量。三、继续探讨“快乐教学”的教学模式。(二)常规工作1、严抓备课质量和课堂教学质量。文档编码:
