1、1/9 机制分公司 2018年职教培训工作总结及2018年培训工作计划2018 年以来,分公司职教部门,始终坚持以分公司职代会重要精神为指导,以分公司人力资源发展规划为目标,坚持“按需施教,学有所用”的教育培训方针,结合分公司全新的“四化战略”(“个性化制造,专业化修理,日常化服务、信息化管理”)和煤机“6S”店战略的实施,有计划、有目标、有针对性的开展职工安全技能培训、岗位技能培训、业务素质培训等。截止到2018年 12 月,机械分公司共举办转岗职工培训、新员工培训、井下局扇开关修理培训、掘进机修理培训、知识产权培训、销售业务员培训、中层管理人员培训、三大体系培训、党务知识培训、党员警示教育
2、培训、技术强化培训、安全生产管理培训、钳工生产操作培训、内线电工生产操作培训、下料工生产操作培训、质量管理培训、品牌管理培训、安全生产法培训、外线电工培训、铣工镗工生产培训、法制教育培训、消防安全培训、电工、电焊工操作资格培(复)训、特种设备培(复)训、非煤安全生产各类培(复)训等各类培训25 期,培训1249 人次(其中,自培26 期,培训1184人次;外培4 期,培训65 人次),全面完成2018 年度培训计划。2/9 一、分公司培训教育工作年初,分公司召开专题职工教育工作会议,调整了职工教育培训领导小组,参加会议的有分公司党政主要领导及分管职教工作的领导,为分公司的职教工作提供了组织保障
3、。根据集团公司职教部的安排意见制定了2018 年职工教育培训工作安排意见,认真执行ISO9001质量体系程序标准,对培训效果进行跟踪调查评价分析,培训资料分类归档,员工培训档案做到及时登记、整理,进一步完善了员工培训档案。使2018年分公司的职工教育培训工作有计划、有目标地进行。(一)生产岗位技能培训2018 年分公司对钳工、铣工、镗工、电焊工、内线电工、外线电工、下料工等主要岗位工种400 余人次开展了岗位技能培训及安全应知应会培训,并对其进行考核,其中参加水矿安培中心的特种作业培复训有37 人。通过岗位培训,加强各工种的岗位技能水平,激发职工学技术、比技能的积极性,不断提升员工的岗位素质,

11、P8L8J2 HI5J4H3Q5V4 ZQ4O10G4C10D3文档编码:CV4P6P8L8J2 HI5J4H3Q5V4 ZQ4O10G4C10D33/9 战略要求,推进产品技术标准的实施与应用,使分公司从事产品、工艺设计的技术人员熟悉掌握国家最新发布的技术标准,以增强企业全体员工的质量意识和工作责任感,提高分公司产品的外观质量,改善产品内在质量。先后开展了技术强化培训、生产技术工艺培训、技术理论培训、技术操作培训、知识产权培训等各类技术培训,共计100 人次。(三)安全教育培训今年,分公司全面执行安全生产标准化。按照安全生产标准化的要求并结合上级文件精神,将安全教育作为教育培训工作的一项重点
12、,全力开展安全教育培训。在厂级安全教育上,专门举办了一期安全生产管理培训,参培人员包括全体中层干部、工程技术人员、体系内审员、以及部分科员等71 人。内容包括安全生产法规、生产管理知识、企业负责人安全管理知识、安全操作规程等。此外,还结合分公司安全生产实例,对安全生产进行着重讲解。车间级安全教育上,各生产车间充分利用每周二的安全学习日,由车间领导将安全知识、上级下发的安全文件精神、职工安全应知应会内容等,对本车间职工进行安全教育。车间领导带头学习,并对车间职工的安全教育情况,进行监督指导,保证车间职工安全培训率100%。班组级安全教育上,各班组长在班前会上带领班组成员,重点学习安全应知应会、安

20、间的安全教育工作,还给予监督和指导。根据上级要求,人力资源科切实做好地面生产单位负责人、安全生产管理人员、特种作业人员、煤矿从业人员等各类人员的培训,提高从业人员的安全素质和业务素质,确保从业人员持证上岗率100%。1、按时组织我公司地面生产单位负责人、各类安全生产管理人员参加贵州煤矿安全监察局规定的持证上岗培训,再培训。共组织20 名安全管理人员前往水矿安全技术培训中心参加安全管理人员再培训,并取得证书,提高管理人员安全意识,为分公司安全生产提供保障。2、加强从业人员的安全知识、技能培训,全面提高员工的整体素质。人力资源科将安全培训的任务分解到各二级单位,各基层负责人利用每周二安全学习、班前
