9、目标公司以“服务于企业利益、服务于企业员工”为目标,在考虑公司持续稳定发展基础上,尊重员工个性与发展要求,通过多样化的培训不断提高员工的素质与工作技能,把因员工能力不足和态度不积极而导致的人力成本浪费控制在最小限度,为公司提供各类合格的管理人员和专业人员。第四条培训宗旨全员培训,终生培训。第五条培训方针自我培训与传授培训相结合、岗位技能培训与专业知识培训相结合。第六条培训原则公司对员工的培训遵循系统性原则、制度化原则、主动性原则、多样化原则和效益性原则。(一)系统性员工培训是一个全员性的、全方位的、贯穿员工职业生涯始终的系统工程。(二)制度化建立和完善培训管理制度,把培训工作例行化、制度化,保

17、整体绩效。第二章培训内容和形式第七条培训内容培训内容包括知识培训、技能培训和素质培训。(一)知识培训不断实施员工本专业和相关专业新知识的培训,使其具备完成本职工作所必需的基本知识和迎接挑战所需的新知识。(二)技能培训不断实施在岗员工岗位职责、操作规程和专业技能的培训,使其在充分掌握理论的基础上,能自由地应用、发挥、提高。(三)素质培训不断实施心理学、人际关系学、社会学、价值观的培训,建立公司与员工之间的相互信任关系,满足员自我实现的需要。第八条培训形式培训形式分为公司内部培训、外派培训和员工自我培训。(一)内部培训1、新员工培训。2、岗位技能培训。3、转岗培训。根据工作需要,公司原有从业人员调
18、换工作岗位时,按新岗位要求,对其实施的岗位技能培训。转岗培训可视为新员工培训和岗位技能培训的结合。4、部门内部培训。部门内部培训由各部门根据实际工作需要,对员工进行小规模的、灵活实用的培训。部门内部培训由各部门组织,定期向人力资源部汇报培训情况。(二)外派培训外派培训是指培训地点在公司以外的培训,包括嘉兴中港酒店组织的各种培训、国内外短期培训,高级经理人海外考察,另外还包括酒店课程进修培训、企业经理人培训、资格证书培训等。(三)员工自我培训公司鼓励员工利用业余时间阅读书籍,积极参加各种提高自身素质和业务能力的文档编码:CO5F5D9O7U6 HC4F2M5T5R1 ZH8V4H1O10T8文档
