1、体育与健康教学设计初中(水平四)学校二外附中年级初二年级任课教师一、教材分析1、教材的功能投掷实心球是体育与健康课程标准(2011 年版)中要求基本掌握的技术,它能够发展学生上下肢、腰腹、肩部、背部力量和身体的协调素质,也能够培养学生的组织纪律性及正确对待进步与失败的态度与品质。2、教材的技术结构及逻辑关系双手正面前掷实心球的技术结构:(1)握持球(2)预备姿势(3)最后用力(4)维持身体平衡双手正面前掷实心球技术分析:投掷器械的远度主要取决于肌肉力量和爆发力,以及器械出手的初速度、出手角度和出手高度,即球出手角度合适(3842 度),出手高度(出手点离地面的高度)较高,出手的初速度快,飞行的
2、距离就会越远。由于身高相对稳定,学生出手高度基本不改变的情况下,在保持合适的出手角度的基础上,就要提高学生投掷实心球的出手速度。其方法:一是要发展学生的力量素质(如:上肢、腰腹肌力量),二要提高学生的动作速度(投掷能力);提高学生的动作速度就是在增强力量素质的基础上,提高学生最后用力及全身协调发力能力。3、教材的知识点及重难点:知识点(1)双手正面前掷实心球的用力顺序:蹬、撑、挺、挥(2)躯干“鞭打”的动作方法重点最后用力技术:控制出手角度、加快出手速度难点 全身协调用力4、本节课的教学内容:本次课的教学内容是改进双手正面前掷实心球的最后用力技术中的出手文档编码:CH5I3E1O8J9 HV6
