16、6M7N6 HN10A5R2C3J9 ZP7F1S4T2Z9第一章编制说明和编制依据一、编制说明我司通过工程部技术人员,根据踏勘现场所了解的具体情况、把握我司现有的施工力量和技术装备情况结合我司在其它类似工程施工中取得的经验及我司现行的企业标准和质量保证体系的相关内容,特编制了本工程施工方案。根据本工程的设计特点、功能要求,并对工程资金的合理利用、工程质量负责,以“科学、经济、优质、高效”为编制原则而制定,本方案只针对融悦山居B 区地上主体结构防水工程施工。二、编制依据(1)中华人民共和国建筑法以及其它有关法律、法规;(2)国家标准建筑工程施工质量统一验收标准(GB 50300-2013);(
17、3)屋面工程质量验收规范(GB50207-2002);(4)深圳市建筑防水工程技术规范(SJG19-2010);(5)建筑防水工程技术规程(DBJ15-19-2006);(6)建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范(JGJ80-91);(7)建筑施工安全检验标准(JGJ59-99);(8)深圳市建筑防水构造图集(SJA、SJB);(9)融悦山居 B 区防水工程设计施工图纸及其他技术要求;(10)我司质量/环境/职业健康安全管理体系有关文件及我司的人员、设备、技术能力和施工管理经验。(11)工程的设计要求及特点。三、编制原则(1)坚持质量第一、用户至上的宗旨,全面执行我公司质量方针,严格按照 ISO900
