1、员工安全积分激励管理办法操作程序一、操作方法:1、由基层单位先期准备,满足实施条件后提出申请,安全环保监督科组织验收合格后批准实施。2、按照准备成熟一个单位、实施一个单位的原则,逐步全厂推广。二、申请单位准备工作:(一)宣传、发动1、在本单位内进行广泛、深入的宣传、发动,反复将本管理办法实施的目的、意义宣传到每一位直接作业环节的员工,确保将员工的主观能动性充分调动起来,激发员工在直接作业环节中从“要我安全”到“我要安全”的转变。2、通过宣传、发动,确保本单位每位直接作业环节的员工了解、熟知本管理办法的操作方法,积分进级和资金分配等。(二)资料准备:1、申请单位劳资部门提供现场直接作业环节操作人
2、员(含班组长及以下非管理岗位员工)名单并经主管领导确认。2、按照统一规定格式统计现场直接作业人员基本信息。(附件:1)3、统计 20XX 年以来发生一般事故等级以上的当事人及共同施工人员、监护人、班组长等。4、统计 20XX 年以来长期不在岗、病、事假的直接作业岗位人员。5、统计 20XX 年以来厂级以上部门在HSE 检查中发现的违章、违规,造成恶劣影响的当事人。6、申请单位安全管理部门根据积分管理办法和统计结果完成现场直接作业人员的减分、定级。三、审核、验收:1、安全环保监督科负责对申请单位的准备情况进行达标验收。2、验收达标满分为100 分,达标分数为80 分以上。3、申请验收达标考核细则
