3、毛有周鞭毛、普通菌毛、性菌毛,有荚膜有周鞭毛,多有菌毛单端有鞭毛,菌毛营养巧克力营养基普通普通碱性蛋白胨水气体5%-20%CO2兼性厌氧,氧充足更好温度35-36PH8.9菌落半透明,光滑有些有溶血环变异耐药性H-O,S-R,V-W,位相变异抗原O、K、HO,KO,H分类ETEC(产毒性)EHEC(出血性),EIEC(侵袭性)EPEC(致病性)EAggEC(聚集性)痢疾致贺菌,福氏致贺菌,鲍氏致贺菌。宋内致贺菌O1群,不典型O1群,非 O1群,血清型抵抗力弱较其他肠道杆菌强不强致病物质菌毛定居因子(菌毛)肠毒素(LT,ST),细胞毒素,脂多糖,K 抗原,载铁体内毒素,外毒素鞭毛,菌毛霍乱肠毒素
