1、售 楼 部 样 板 房 管 理 制 度第一章总则第1条为规范样板房的管理,保持样板房的整洁、有序、品质完好展示公司产品的良好形象,有力促进销售,特制定本制度。第2条本制度适用于售楼部全体员工。第二章日常管理第3条样板房管理员为样板房的直接负责人。其主要职责包括:(1)负责样板房访客的接待,并在销售人员无暇接待访客询问时给予必要的解说。(2)负责样板房物品保管。(3)负责样板房设备设施报修、协调。(4)负责样板房清洁工作,保持现场整齐、清洁。(5)根据制定的工作操作流程完成每天的工作。(6)负责样板房各项表格的登记,并在每月月底汇总上报售楼经理。(7)根据售楼经理的要求,完成其他工作。第4条样板
