1、幼儿园班主任家访总结家访结束了,但工作却还刚刚开始,存在的疑问和困难也将随之而来。如何管理好这个班级,如何办出班级的特色等等,这些都是眼前的问题。对于我不仅是个挑战,也是又一次的锻炼,除了要自己努力,不断推敲以外,更要向别的老师请教,积累经验,对班级负责,对自己负责,争取开一个好头,做一个称职的班主任。家访工作是班主任协调家庭教育的重要方式之一,也是班主任经常性的工作。我班学生进行了一次全面家访,现将有关情况作如下简要小结:一、基本情况1、一周内对我班的学生进行一次全面家访,我们的足迹踏遍了小区的每一个角落,我们的家访深入到了每一个学生的家庭,无一遗漏,忠诚地与学生、与家长交流,了解情况,并做
2、好了详细的记载。2、一周的家访,向社会,家长讲述了学校半学年来取得的非凡成绩,获得了家长的高度赞扬和信任,也给学生鼓励、加油。3、一周的家访我们深入到每一个家庭,细致地了解了每一个学生地家庭状况,确定了刘丽萍同学与“两免一补”对象。同时了解了学生的个性,学生在家的表现,为开学后的工作奠定了基础。二、此次家访活动取得的成效1、建立起学校与家长之间沟通的桥梁。家访教师发扬主人翁精神,以对工作高度负责的态度,克服种种困难,认真完成学校布置的家访工作任务。2、形成了学校、家庭和社会教育的合力。通过活动拉近了班主任、任课老师与学生、老师与家长、学校与家庭之间的距离。教师与家长面对面的交流使双方更全面的、

10、张老师首先表扬了孩子的进步,谈了孩子的在校表现,家长也介绍了孩子在家的表现,孩子在家很活泼,爱活动,是附近的孩子王,还介绍了孩子假期的安排。我们提出了望孩子除了参加体育活动,适当发展特长外,还要多读书,开阔眼界,与小朋友交往时要戒骄戒躁,不许动手。听了老师的话,果朋不好意思的笑了。我们以真诚的爱,去温暖了学生的心,家访让老师走进了学生心里,沟通了师生感情,为班主任工作扬起了风帆。3、家长和社会高度赞誉,达到了预期的效果通过本次家访,我们及时掌握到家长对学校教育工作中的要求与建议,解除家长对学校教育工作的疑惑和不解。全面听取了社会各层面对我校教育教学的意见,并将之反馈给学校相关部门或个人,发现并
