1、2019年教师廉洁从教心得体会范文篇一作为一名人民教师的我,回顾自己的教育教学生涯,时刻不忘自己的教师身份,做到严以律己,以身作则。本学期,学校组织全体教师学习了廉洁文化进校园的有关活动,使我更深刻感受到了在当今社会进行反腐倡廉的必要性,对自身的思想作风、廉洁自律、遵章守纪等方面有了很大的提高,对廉洁文化有了很深的认识:第一、献身教育,为人师表教师工作的性质是教书育人,我们每一位教师都应树立正确的幸福观,提高自己的认识能力,把教育作为一种崇高的事业放在首位,乐于奉献,为世人做出表率,教师将满腔的爱尽情赋予了学生。论财产教师两袖清风,一无所有,但教师却富有,我们拥有无数学生对我们爱的回报。第二、
2、通过学习廉洁文化进校园的有关精神,我加深了对廉洁的认识:廉洁,即公正不贪,清白无污。廉洁是教师立教之本,作为一名光荣的人民教师,要带头宣传廉洁文化,把廉洁带进课堂,让学生从小树立廉洁意识,并且要处处为人师表,从小事做起,从自我做起,率先垂范,作出表率,时刻提醒自己要实实在在求学问、认认真真当老师、清清白白干事情,全身心地投入到自己所钟爱的事业和工作中。唯其如此,才能保证教书育人的实效,学生才会“亲其师,信其道”,进而“乐其道”。第三、自我约束、廉洁从教作为一名人民教师,一名党员,无论在什么场合,是否有学生在场,是否与学生交谈,都要时刻不忘自己的教师身份,言谈举止要文明得体,切实做到严以律已,以
3、身作则。凡是要求学生做到的,自己一定要先做到,要用自己的实际行动去感动学生、带动学生,共创良好学习氛围。不仅如此,作为教师还要时时刻刻注重加强自身的职业道德修养,表里如一,言行一致,坚守高尚的道德情操,真正体现出真善美的形象,用一个高尚美好的人民教师形象去影响学生,熏陶学生,促进学校各项工作有序进行,进而促进社会道德水平的提高,促进社会主义精神文明建设。教师廉洁从教,除了法规约束和社会舆论的监督引导外,主要靠教师用廉洁的标准来进行自我约束,自觉保持清廉纯洁的作风,这是廉洁从教的最深厚的思想基础。我们每一位教师,都要廉洁从教,为人师表,以自己高尚品行和聪明智慧,教书育人,提高学生全面素质,将自己

11、编码:CV7C1X3H3X6 HX2L2B1L3P3 ZG1L6N10J1H3文档编码:CV7C1X3H3X6 HX2L2B1L3P3 ZG1L6N10J1H3不能因为心理上的不平衡就利用职责之便谋取私利,必须坚守高尚情操,传承和发扬奉献精神。第五、公正执教,关爱孩子教师在教育教学活动中要公平、公正地对待每一个学生,做到公正执教,这是廉洁从教的基础。教师决不能因学生性别、智能、家庭状况、学生家长等差异而采取不同的态度和情感模式。教师从教的公正性,充分反映了教师人格的崇高性。尤其体现在对待后进生转化问题,我们一要有爱心,二要有信心,三要有耐心。只要我们用爱心、宽容、理解、人文关怀去善待孩子的每一
12、点错误,适时表扬、鼓励,教给孩子做人的道理,相信每一个孩子都是会取得成功的。对转化后进生,我们一要有爱心,二要有信心,三要有耐心。仔细分析学生存在的问题,找到学生身上哪怕是很小的一个闪光点,如热爱劳动、心灵手巧、乐于助人等,多加表扬,拉近学生与教师之间的距离。同时,还要针对不同学生的不同问题对症下药,积极做好教育引导工作。其实,只要我们用平等、宽容、理解、关怀去善待学生的每一点错误,适时批评教育或表扬鼓励,相信绝大多数学生都是会取得成功的。教师从教的公正性,充分反映了教师人格的崇高性。公正执教、一视同仁、热爱学生是教师的天职,是教师职业道德的核心,更是教师廉洁从教的重要尺度。第六、通过学习廉洁

20、洁文化进校园的学习,身为学校教育者的我们,可以更好地把廉洁精神带进我们的课堂,让学生从小就能树立廉洁修身的意识,同时,也让我们更加深刻体会到了“廉洁从教”的真正意义。所以,我们要以教师职业道德规范严格约束自己,在工作中做到廉洁从教,保持廉洁自律,坚持高尚情操,抵制不良风气,保持教育公正。篇二自阅读中小学教师廉洁从教读本之后,体会到:对于我们教师来说,廉洁是我们的人格前提,作为教师,我们平凡,但我们却肩负着祖国的未来;我们清贫,但我们却托举着明天的太阳!“学高为师,身正为范”,我们的一言一行不仅对学生,而且对社会具有重要的影响。在这样的岗位上,我们每天都是战战兢兢,如履薄冰。因为我们被寄予了很强
