4、 and performance of the work. The purpose of this procedure is to instruct all managers, discipline engineers, supervisors, foreman and also the workers in the basic step-by-step procedure conducting a JHA.工作危险性分析（JHA）是为了减小、消除和控制操作和工作执行期间的风险而进行的正式的检查和实施的程序。本程序的目的是为所有的管理人员、专业工程师、主管、班组长以及工人提供进行工作危险性分析

7、agnitude of risk associated with each activity.与每项作业有关的风险程度或大小。 The control measures required to eliminate and control the associated risks.消除和控制有关风险所需的控制措施。 A safe work procedure that can be followed by all personnel which includes the precautions needed to be taken whilst performing the work.所有人员应

8、遵循的安全工作程序，包括执行工作期间需要采取的预防措施。2.1 When to perform a JHA 何时进行工作危险性分析 A Job Hazard Analysis must be performed for each and every new activity that contractors and sub-contractors intend to perform对于承包商和分包商需要执行的每项新的工作，都必须进行一次工作危险性分析。 If there is no existing safe work practice for a particular task or wor

12、mented to prevent incidents or accidents from occurring采取什么措施来防止事件或事故的发生？2.3 Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Process工作危险性分析（JHA）过程 Describe activity to be done.描述将要做的工作 List tools, equipment and materials required.列出所需的工具、设备和材料 List the major task or steps in sequence.列出主要任务或按顺序列出步骤 Identify the hazards a

13、nd risks with each task or step.识别每项任务或步骤所伴随的危险性和风险 Estimate the risk for each task or step.评估每项任务或步骤的风险 Define the method of control to eliminate or reduce the risk.详细说明消除或减小风险的控制方法 Determine if the control has minimized the risk to an acceptable level.确定控制措施是否已将风险减小到了可接受的程度 Re-confirm that each ac

14、tivity / task is in a logical sequence.重新确认每项工作/任务是否符合逻辑顺序Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) should be conducted by the person responsible for the activity along with supervisors and personnel that will be involved in the doing of the work. The completed Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) must be agreed to and signed

15、 off by the following;工作危险性分析（JHA）应当由负责完成工作的人和主管以及参与工作的人员一起进行。完成后的工作危险性分析（JHA）必须由下列人员认可并签字： Contractor JHA prepared by and reviewed by.承包商JHA准备人和审核人 Project Construction Manager项目施工经理； Construction superintendent工程监理； Construction HSE Manager施工HSE经理。Make sure ALL personnel who will participate in th

16、e work are represented in the JHA process, New JHA meeting must occur for personnel changes.
