1、潍坊市公安局人事管理论文：潍坊市公安局人事管理 MVC J2EE【中文摘要】潍坊市公安局对于人事管理方面由于管理手段落后等原因,使得潍坊市公安局实际人事管理中的问题仍不少,人事管理的信息化迫在眉睫。潍坊市公安局为了实现干部人事档案管理、干部任免、工资管理、非领导职务任免、警衔管理等人事业务工作的自动化管理,欲从根本上改变传统的手工操作模式,使公安人事工作的信息化建设上升到一个新台阶,为此根据全国公安人事信息结构体系标准,在“全国公安人事管理信息系统总体规那么的指导下,特针对潍坊市公安局的实际情况,结合潍坊市公安部门业务特点对公安局人事管理系统进行设计与实现。本人结合公安局人事管理工作的实际需要

2、和具体情况,以及对潍坊市公安局情况的调查和研究,按照软件工程的设计标准,设计了潍坊市公安局人事管理的设计方案。本人主要参与了需求、概要设计、详细设计、实现中的局部模块,在系统的开发过程中始终采用面向对象的分析与设计思想对需求进行了分析,对各个功能进行了面向对象的设计。技术上采用JAVA语言的分析与设计思想对需求进行分析,对各个功能进行设计。技术上结合公安局人事管理的特点选用B/S架构下的J2EE体系进行设计,在技术上把系统打造成扩展性、维护性强的系统。本文首先结合潍坊市公安局人事工作论述了人事管理系统的开展意义和趋势,针对潍坊市公安局的现状对人事管理业务进行分析,实现了人事管理的整个流程,围绕

3、人事管理业务进行需求分析、设计、实现。干部管理、非领导职务任免管理、机构编制管理、工资管理、警衔管理是人事管理业务中的重要组成局部,另外,人事管理业务本身蕴涵了根本信息管理、信息查询、统计报表管理等诸多功能。通过对人事管理业务数据的分析,可以使人事管理系统识别不同的客户群体,确定人事管理操作模块,实现差异化效劳。并为潍坊市公安局人事管理提供准确的信息。通过本论文对潍坊市公安局人事管理系统的设计与实现,完成了人事管理的根本流程,方便了潍坊市公安局操作人员,标准了人事管理工作流程,提高了人事信息管理质量和工作效率。应用证明人事管理系统充分发挥了网络资源进行人事管理的优势,既经济又方便,提高了潍坊市
