1、专题20,书面表达之演讲稿通知（原卷版） 1 题 专题 20 书面表达 之 演讲稿 通知P P Pa a ar r rt t t 1 1 1 题 题 型 总 览 览英语新闻报道是媒体传递信息最常运用的新闻手段。为了让读者对整个事情有个清晰的了解，英语新闻报道（或评论）必需包含五个要素，即：时间（when），地点（where），人物（who），事务（what）以及缘由（why）。新闻报道是以客观事实为基础的朴实的文体，但是写作过程中仍旧要依据不同的内容敏捷运用各种表达手法：或叙述，或描写，或争论或夹叙夹议。新闻报道的语言应当是详细真实的，尽量少用抽象的概念。同时，时态上一般都是一般过去时和一般现
