1、汽车修理实习日记及总结班级 学号 姓名 指导教师 起止日期 成绩 广 西 科 技 大 学汽 车 学 院实习地点: 第 页实 习 内 容11月24日：今天是去华美修理厂的第一天，满怀喜悦与冲动的心情。坐公车到达厂房了，我们来到车间。首先我把这里参观了，这里有4个大车间，每一个车间都是维修不同的车子，里面有各种各样的工具和机器。刚好我们来的时候，车间里有一辆越野车正在翻新，我就跟着师傅观看学习，车子的外部的漆全部涂上了新的一层，接着，我们观看师傅是怎么把车的灯给安上去的。最后有一辆吉利小轿车的4个轮子都有问题，全部被取出来检查。初来这里看到，对修理厂有了初步的了解。11月25日：今天我们按时到厂里

2、进行实习，由于刚到，脑袋有些困乏，我就在旁坐着休息，偶尔观看修理人员进行修理汽车。由于今天并没有车子需要修理，我们就对修理厂的个个地方进行参观，看到了许多修车的工具和各种装置，大开眼界，有起重机，专门是用来把汽车抬高，进行地盘的修理，有这个机器，拆轮子都变得很方便了，对修理起到很大帮助作用。11月27日：今天是实习的第四天，我们依旧来到厂里，天气很温和，没有大太阳，我来到车间里，刚好看到师傅正在修理原先那一辆翻新的猎豹汽车。师傅正在修理后保险杠，我们在一旁观看。因为保险杠很重，我帮着把它抬起来给师傅进行加固，并且观察有没有对准螺丝孔。后来我们帮助师傅把螺丝给拧上，我学会了拧螺丝要对称的拧，不能

3、先拧好一边，这样会导致两边不平衡。最后我们还把前保险杠给扛去电焊了。这个过程我都有帮助，也学到了一些东西。 年 月 日实习地点: 第 页实 习 内 容11月28号：今天是实习的第5天，一切照旧。又有一辆猎豹越野车出了问题拿过来厂里修习。根据师傅诉说，这车的轮子的刹车片摩擦完了，需要更换。我们在师傅一旁观看师傅把轮子拆下来，对刹车盘进行修理。我们时不时问了师傅很多问题，他都能一一的给我们解答。在一旁学习了一会，我终于明白了轮子上的刹车系统，学到了很多东西。最后，我们也帮助把轮子给装上了，对准把轮子放在轮盘上，把5颗螺丝给拧上，最后用气枪把螺丝拧牢固。12月1号：这星期我们依旧按老师的安排来到了华

4、美公司大修厂，本来以为今天可以和师傅学习和交流有关汽车方面的东西，我们并没有学习和认识车子的各个局部构成。车间主任而是叫了我们去旧办公室把一些旧的、脏的凳子搬出来，我们就从二楼搬到一楼，因为这个办公室没有用了，里面的凳子椅子还可以拿出来给我们坐着休息。我们全部搬出来后，又都搬到水龙头边，用水清洗干净，这样最后放到太阳下晒，等干了以后就可以坐了。12月2号：今天我信心满满的来，一个师傅跟我年纪差不多大，他正在准备要修理一辆汽车，我跑了过去，他见我来，想考考我一些简单的问题，一翻开车前盖我就傻了，许多东西都不知道叫什么名字，以前学汽车构造时，是拆开每一局部来看的，而现在组装在整一部车，弄得我有些晕

5、，真是纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。 年 月 日实习地点: 第 页实 习 内 容12月3日：我今天学习到了一个小技巧。我在扭紧车轮螺丝时，没有注意到锥面与锥面的啮合度比锥面与圆柱面的啮合度好，并且车轮螺丝一定要拧紧。防冻液加的方式：先拧开水箱上面的加盖子，再排空水箱的水后在拧紧螺栓，彻低放完之前水箱里的水，用起子拧下节温器上的防水小螺丝口流水，向水箱里加防冻液，继续加到不能加为止，之后拔下水箱旁边的橡胶空气的管子，启动发动机，继续加防冻液，直至排空气的管子流水，插上排空气的管子，加液体到水箱出厂规定的那根线。这是学到一个非常有用的方法。12月4日：今天又有一些收获，汽油是一种易挥发的液体，在

6、常温下燃油箱经常充满蒸汽，燃料蒸发排放控制系统的作用是将蒸汽引入燃烧并防止挥发到大气中这个过程起重要作用的是活性碳罐贮存装置，活性碳有吸附功能，当汽车运行或熄火时，燃油箱的汽油蒸汽通过管路进入活性碳罐上部，新鲜空气那么从活性碳罐下部进入罐中。今天过来让我了解了这个知识，我以前都不怎么懂，要不是这次到车间，见到真正车子内部我才能更加决切的明白。12月5号：今天是我们来这个公司实习的最后一天了，短短的10天实习经历让我感到短暂不舍，虽然学到的东西不是很多，但是我们也见识了很多我们没见过的东西，见识了书面上的东西。我最后对这个大修厂每一个地方走了一边，最后在看看每一个角落，对车间的布局也了解了解。
