1、M大酒店副总经理岗位职责岗位名称：副总经理直接上司：酒店总经理管理对象：前部经理、管家部经理、洗涤部主管岗位职责：1、 执行总经理的指令，全面管理房务部的工作。2、 负责制订房务部各属下部门的效劳程序与标准，并督导各部门执行。3、 督导前厅部的效劳工作，确保接待效劳优质水平。4、 督导管家部的工作，确保各项效劳质量的落实及降低本钱。5、 督导洗涤部的工作，确保洗涤质量符合要求。6、 协调房务部内部的关系，加强合作，协调房务部与其它部门的关系，确保接待与住宿效劳工作的正常动作。7、 与客人建立良好的关系，处理客人的投诉，总结、分析、归纳客人投诉，并提出改良方法。8、 督导落实各部门的培训方案。9
