1、重组人表皮生长因子治疗鼻咽癌放射性口腔溃疡疗效观察 生长因子凝胶去凹疤 R739.6 B 1672-6383(2010)11-0026-01 目的:探讨治疗鼻咽癌放射性口腔溃疡的有效方法。方法:将鼻咽癌放射性口腔溃疡病46例随机分为两组,每组23例,视察组选用重组人表皮生长因子喷雾剂进行治疗,比照组选用利多卡因稀释液含漱,视察难受、充血程度及病损最大直径的变更和愈合的时间。结果:同比照组相比较,视察组难受程度显著减轻,病损最大直径显著减小,具有统计学意义。视察组总有效率为91.3%,比照组总有效率52.1%。结论:采纳重组人表皮生长因子喷雾剂治疗鼻咽癌放疗引起的口腔粘膜溃疡能快速有效地缓解难受

7、癌的主要治疗方法,但鼻咽癌放射治疗过程中引起的口腔溃疡临床常见,常随剂量增加而加重,表现为咽痛、吞咽时明显加重,患者进食困难,不能保证患者的养分摄取,而且口腔粘膜损害的愈合极其缓慢,病程迁延,影响放疗。本探讨采纳重组人表皮生长因子喷雾剂治疗鼻咽癌引起的放射性口腔溃疡,通过临床视察其疗效,取得了满足效果,现报告如下: 1.临床资料 1.1 一般材料:选择2007年1月2010年6月在我院因鼻咽癌放疗引起的口腔粘膜溃疡病例46例。其中男35例、女11例,年龄2065岁。按世界卫生组织(WH0)黏膜溃疡的分级法进行评估(O度:无溃疡; I度:难受或红斑;lI度:红斑、溃疡、能吃干食;度:溃疡,仅能吃

8、流质;IV度:不能进食)。随机分为两组,视察组23例,度8例,度15例;比照组23例,度10例,度13例。两组病人年龄、溃疡程度、病情等比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),具有可比性。 1.2 方法 1.2.1 治疗方法:视察组用重组人表皮生长因子喷雾剂喷涂于粘膜创面,2次/日。 比照组用应用2%利多卡因溶液含漱治疗:2%利多卡因15mL+生理盐水150mL分次运用,每次10mL20mL,含漱时间约5min10min,切记勿吞下,每日3次。于用药后3、5、7天复查并评定疗效。 1.2.2 疗效判定标准:分别在治疗前治疗后具体检查并记录患者口腔溃疡的难受程度、充血程度、最大直径和愈合的时间。显效;5天内溃疡面基本愈合,充血、难受消逝。有效:7天内溃疡基本愈合,充血、难受基本消逝。无效:7天内溃疡、充血难受稍有改善或基本无改善。 1.2.3 统计学分析全部数据采纳SPSS11.5软件包处理完成,计量资料用t检验,计数资料用2检验,P
