7、complete and close production order in time.生产负责依照计划按时完成生产，及时关闭生产工单。7.0 PROCESS 流程7.1 planning process 计划流程customer provide forecast to logistics ,by every week and with weekly update.客户每周提供销售预测给物流，并且每周更新一次。7.1.1 Logistics check and analyze forecast based on sales history and new project information

8、, communicate and confirm with customers物流跟据实际销售数据和新工程信息检查分析预测，并与客户沟通确认预测信息。7.1.2 Before ERP system go life, logistics manage forecast manually via Excel file， After ERP system go life, planning team load confirmed forecast into ERP system.在ERP系统投入使用之前，物流通过EXCEL表数据库手工处理预测信息；在ERP系统投 入使用之后，物流将确认的预测需录入

9、ERP系统。7.1.3 After EXCEL run, get long /mid term production plan:EXCEL运算后，得到中长期的生产计划：A) Logistics check long/mid term production plan and do capacity evaluation.物流检查中长期的生产计划并做产能评估。B) logistics check whether all resources are enough or not, including machine, labor, mould, fixture, and etc.物流检查是否所有资源满

10、足需求，包括机器设备，人员，模具，工装夹具等。C) If all resources are enough, no action needed; if any resource is not enough, planning team as leader cooperate with related functions to get solution proposal.如果所有资源满足需求，不需要采取任何行动；如有任何资源不能满足需求，计划协调 相关部门制定建议的解决方案。D) Make solution proposal approved by management.管理层批准建议的解决方案

11、。E) Implement approved solution and re-evaluation capacity until all resources are enough. 执行批准的解决方案，重新评估产能，直到所有资源满足需求。7.1.4 After EXCEL run, get long / Mid term purchasing requisition forecast：EXCEL运算后得到采购需求预测：A) logistics checks purchasing requisition and do adjustment if needed.物流检查采购需求预测，必要时作相应调

12、整。B) Purchasing team provide forecast to key suppliers.采购提供预测给关键供应商。C) Purchasing team review supplier capacity.采购评审供应商产能。D) If capacity in supplier side is ok, no action needed; if capacity in supplier side could not meet requirement, purchasing team as leader cooperate with all related functions t

13、o get solution proposal.如果供应商产能没问题，不需采取任何措施；如果供应商产能不能满足需求，采购协调 相关部门制定建议的解决方案。E) Make solution proposal approved by management team.管理层批准建议的解决方案。F) Purchasing team coordinate supplier to Implement approved solution, and follow up until no capacity issue.采购协调供应商执行批准的解决方案，并跟踪直到没有产能问题。7.2 Short term pla

15、，并反应确定的交货 期给客户，详细过程参考流程合同评审程序。7.2.1 logistics transfer sales orders and prepare stock contract, before ERP system goes life, logistics transfer confirmed SO or stock contract via email and hardcopy, and manage them manually vial Excel file or Access database; after ERP goes life, logistics load conf

16、irmed order into ERP system maintain stock parameters based on stock contract into ERP system.物流评审销售订单信息和备库协议，在ERP系统投入使用之前，物流转换销售订单的电子 档和手工复印件，通过EXCEL表格或者ACCESS数据库管理订单和备库协议；在ERP系 统投入使用后，物流把订单输入系统，并根据备库协议维护修改ERP数据。7.2.2 Before ERP system goes life, production plan will be executed in Excel file; Afte

17、r ERP system goes life, ERP system runs MRP automatically.ERP系统投入使用前，计划编制的运算在EXCEL表格中完成；ERP系统投入使用后， ERP系统自动完成。7.2.3 logistics check production plan and do adjustment based on actual situation if needed. 物流检查生产计划，必要时根据实际情况调整。7.2.4 After get the production plan 得出生产计划后：A) logistics check whether there

18、 is any missing part or not, if any missing part, go to material planning process until no missing part.物流检查是否有缺料r如果有缺料，进入物料计划流程直到没缺料。B) logistics arranges production scheduling and confirm with production.物流安排生产日程/排产，并与生产确认。C) logistics release production orders to production after all related docu

19、ments attached by document control.物流下生产工单，文控匹配所有相关文件后，发放给生产。D) logistics track WIP status and follow up the execution of production scheduling, highlight and coordinate to handle any issue to ensure the execution of production scheduling.物流跟踪在制品状态和生产日程的执行状况，及时反映协调相关问题确保生产计划的达 成。E) If any process ne
