10、 (hhereeinaafteer rrefeerreed tto aas“he PRCC”) iin tthe couuntrriess/arreass whhichh haave reggulaar ttradde rrelaatioons witth tthe PRCC (hhereeinaafteer ccallled “eliigibble souurcee coounttriees”).33.1 本合同同项下所所提供的的货物及及服务均均应来自自于中华华人民共共和国或或是与中中华人民民共和国国有正常常贸易往往来的国国家和地地区（以以下简称称“合格来来源国”）。3.2 Forr puu

17、 anyy sppeciificcatiion, pllan, drrawiing, paatteern, saamplle, or infformmatiion furrnisshedd byy orr onn beehallf oof tthe Purrchaaserr inn coonneectiion theerewwithh, tto aany perrsonn ottherr thhan a ppersson empployyed by thee Suuppllierr inn thhe pperfformmancce oof tthe Conntraact. 55.1 使用买买方

42、diiscrrepaanciies aree fooundd byy thhe AAdmiinisstraatioon rregaardiing speecifficaatioon oor qquanntitty oor bbothh, tthe Purrchaaserr shhalll haave thee riightt too cllaimm aggainnst thee Suuppllierr wiithiin nnineety（90）callenddar dayys aafteer aarriivall off thhe GGoodds aat tthe sitte.88.6 货物抵
