9、s, trade measures, and technical standards, among others, of target markets, benchmark against internationally accepted IPR protection rules, and effectively screen and respond to IPR infringement risks in the whole industrial chain including digital product manufacturing and sales, among others.第二十

48、ct patent navigation, publish patent navigation results on a periodical basis, and set up the database of results of patent navigation projects. Enterprises, institutions of higher learning, and scientific research institutions, among others, are encouraged to conduct patent navigation on their own or entrust specialized service institutions to provide the basis and support for research and development, production and operation, and talent management, among others.The municipal IPR departments shall guide and support th
