21、Branch cable pulling(from junction box to instrument) 3)导压管安装。Pressure pipe installation4)安装 仪表、校 接线。New and dismantled instrument installation, pressure test, leakage test, wiring calibration.5)回路测试。Loop test4.施工后期 Late stage of TAR在所有安装工作结束后，要对整个安装工程进行“三查四定和系统联校、仪表投运工作，此项工作必须会同业主和监理等有关人员，根据施工验收规范要

35、s 5m, the allowable error in fulllength shall be 5mm.5.现场仪表安装 Field instrument installation1）总括：General（1）仪表的中心距操作地面的高度宜为L2m-1.5m之间；the elevation of the center of instrument should be 1.2m(2)显小仪表应安装在便于观察小值的位置；install indicative meter at position easy to read.(3)仪表不应安装在有振动、潮湿、易受机械损伤、有强电磁场干扰、高温、温度变化 剧

36、烈和有腐蚀性气体的位置；instrument should not be installed in positions of vibration, humidity, easy be damaged by machine, strong magnetic disturbance, high temperature, sharp temperature change and corrosion gas.(4)安装过程中不应敲击、震动仪表。仪表安装后应牢固、平正。仪表与设备、管道或构 件的连接及固定部位应受力均匀，不应承受非正常的外力。No knocking and vibrating instr

The stress at the connection joints and fixed position between instrument and equipment, pipe and structure should be symmertrical, no abnormal stress from outside.(5)仪表设备的安装位置、连接型式、方向、标高原那么上按照施工图进行，安装的细节和使 用方法按照说明书的要求进行。Princi

38、pally, the installation position, connection type, orientation and elevation of instrument should be in accordance with construction drawing, details and usage methods referring to specifications.(6)在满足了测量精度和控制灵敏的条件下,应考虑安装在操作、维修、观察方便的地方，不 宜安装在震动、潮湿、高温、宜受机械损伤、强磁场干扰、腐蚀性强的地方。Instrument, up to the requi

40、ng causticity.(7)仪表设备的进线引入孔不应朝上,以防止油水、灰尘进入接线端处。The intakehole of instrumentshould not be upward to avoid oil,water and dust from entering into connection joint.(8)直接安装在工艺管道间的控制阀、流量计、一次元件等，应在工艺管道吹扫完毕后进 行安装。Field thermometer, pressure meter and testing instrument will be installed as per standard DWG.

41、 Control valves, flow meters and inline instruments installed directly in the工程概况：（见图纸）1 .建筑钢结构工程防腐材料的选用应符合设计要求。防腐蚀材料有底漆、面 漆和稀料等。建筑钢结构工程防腐底漆有红丹油性防锈漆、铝珞红环氧酯防锈漆 等；建筑钢结构防腐面漆有各色醇酸磁漆和各色醇酸调合漆等。各种防腐材料应 符合国家有关技术指标的规定，还应有产品出厂合格证。2 .主要机具：喷砂枪、气泵、回收装置、喷漆枪、喷漆气泵、胶管、铲刀、手砂轮、砂布、 钢丝刷、棉丝、小压缩机、油漆小桶、刷子、酸洗槽和附件等。3 .油漆工施工作

42、业应有特殊工种作业操作证。4 .防腐涂装工程前钢结构工程已检查验收，并符合设计要求。5 .防腐涂装作业场地应有平安防护措施，有防火和通风措施，防止发生火灾 和人员中毒事故。6 .露天防腐施工作业应选择适当的天气，大风、遇雨、严寒等均不应作业。操作工艺7 工艺流程：8 面清理一底漆涂装一面漆涂装一检查验收8基面清理：8.1 建筑钢结构工程的油漆涂装应在钢结构安装验收合格后进行。油漆涂刷 前，应将需涂装部位的铁锈、焊缝药皮、焊接飞溅物、油污、尘土等杂物清理干 净。8.2 基面清理除锈质量的好坏，直接关系到涂层质量的好坏，烟囱脱硫防腐。 因此涂装工艺的基面除锈质量分为一级和二级，见表5-25的规定。

45、rature of object.0温度仪表安装在保温的设备或管道上时，一直到温度计套管的螺纹连接件处都要进行保温。In case of installing to heat insulated equipment or piping, insulation shall be provided up to the thread portion of thermowell.3)压力检测仪表安装的主要要求：Installation of Pressure Gauge。对于测量潮湿气体、水平敷设的较长的导压管，安装坡度应大于1/10,并应敷设在无振动的位置。 Long horizontal tubi
