9、name (then signature and chop)【延长阅读】对于受限制国家，外国人来访一般须要出具官方邀请函。所谓官方邀请函，首先须要邀请单位，在当地(区)外事办公室申领申请外国人入境审批表(见附件)，并照实填写。一. 审批表的内容及填写：1. 受邀单位及地址。填写留意：中英文比照，外国单位名称与地址，需自己翻译，主要是供外办审核参考。2. 被邀请人信息填写：根据护照信息填写3. 入境信息填写：拟入境日期(请留意：外办办理一般须要3个工作日后，请在出具机票行程单时，留意入境日期需在预料申领到签证通知表后)，停留时间(需与机票行程单来回日期一样)，入出境次数(一般为1)，入境后前往地
