1、 韶关市健康教育所 摘要：目的：了解韶关市城乡居民及中小学生对甲型H1N1流感基本学问和心理与健康行为改变状况，评价健康教化效果。方法：采纳整群随机抽样方法，抽取韶关市二个县（市区）共601名城乡居民和中小学生，运用统一设计的问卷进行调查。结果：韶关市城乡居民甲流基本学问平均知晓率为53.35%，中小学生为62.4%；有83%的城乡居民和95%的中小学生认为甲流对日常生活有影响；有54.6%的城乡居民和75%的中小学生认为现在更关注甲流；有56.3%的城乡居民和48%的中小学生现在更担忧自己得甲流；城乡居民和中小学生健康行为形成率较甲流发生前有较大幅度的增加，证明了健康教化效果明显。结论：韶关

2、市城乡居民及中小学生甲流基本学问知晓率并不高，提示在今后开展健康教化工作中要重视学问传播的系统性和科学性。与甲流刚传入时比，韶关市城乡居民和中小学生心理改变比较大。其中城市居民和中学生相对理性，而农村居民和小学生则表现出恐惊心理，充分显现了开展健康教化的重要性和必要性。同时提示要重视和加强心理健康教化。 关键词：甲型H1N1流感健康教化效果评价 Effect evaluation survey of Influnza A H1N1 prevention health education in Shaoguan City Deng Guang-huiWang TingZhang Zhi-wei

7、was a great increase in the formation rate of health behavior among urban and rural residents and primary and secondary students compared with that before the occurrence, confirming the obvious effects of health education. Conclusion：The awareness rate about the basic knowledge of Influenza A H1N1 w

8、as not high among urban and rural residents and primary and secondary students in Shaoguan City , suggesting that more importance should be attached to the systematization and scientificity of knowledge spreasing in developing health education in the future. 11、型H1N1流感防控措施供应科学参考依据。韶关市健康教化所于2009年11月在该市随机抽取了二个县（市区）开展防制甲型H1N1流感健康教化效果调查，现将有关调查结果报告如下： 1对象与方法 1.1 对象 采纳分层整群随机抽样方法，抽取了南雄市和曲江区城乡居民和中小学生作为调查对象，每个县（市区）随机抽取一个城市社区、一个行政村、一所中学、一所小学。每个城市社区和行政村抽取18-70岁常住居民100人，要求以10岁为年龄段，各年龄段人数相近，男女各半。中学抽取初中二年级学生50名，小学抽取四年级学生50名，男女各半。 1.2 方法 采纳省健康教化所统一设计的调查问卷，问卷内容包括调查对象的一般状况

12、、甲流防制基本学问了解状况、甲流发生前后心理和行为改变状况。调查人员经过特地培训，调查方法采纳面对面询问、学生当场答卷、市健教所人员现场督导，以及实行二级质控即平行调查员质控和市级质控，确保问卷填写无空项、错项和逻辑错误。 1.3 统计方法 问卷经质控后，统一录入由EPIDATA建立的数据库，用SPSS15.0进行统计分析。 2结果 2.1 一般状况 本次调查共收回有效问卷601份，其中城乡居民401人，占66.7%；中小学生200人，占33.3%，男性300人，占49.99%，女性301人，占50.08%。 2.2 甲流基本学问知晓状况 城乡居民和中小学生甲流基本学问知晓状况详见表一。从表一可以看出，城市居民和中学生在回答“感染途径、传染期、报告部门、预防方法，正确做法”五项基本学问方面,正确率明显高于农村居民和小学生。经统计学处理，差异有显著性意义（P
