42、商检局）就货货物的质量、规规格和数量/重量进行初初步检验。如如发现到货的的规格或数量量/重量与合合同不符，除除应由保险公公司或船公司司负责者外，买买方于货物在在到货口岸缺缺货后1200天内凭商检检局出具之检检验证书有权权拒收货物或或向卖方索赔赔。b.
